   Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Flachpalette zum Transport von Waren mittels Gabelstapler.



   Paletten, insbesondere Flachpaletten sind in verschiedenen Ausführungen bekannt, jedoch werden sie überwiegend aus Holz gefertigt. Für besondere Transportaufgaben werden auch Paletten aus anderem Material. beispielsweise aus Aluminium hergestellt.



   In denjenigen Fällen, wo sich die Rücksendung der Palette nicht mehr lohnt, ist es erwünscht, preisgünstige Paletten zu verwenden.



   Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, eine Flachpalette einfachster Konstruktion zu schaffen, die gegebenenfalls als Einwegpalette verwendet werden kann.



   Diese Aufgabe wird gemäss der Erfindung durch eine Flachpalette gelöst, welche gekennzeichnet ist durch Tragbalken aus Kunststoff oder Metall, welche mit einer Platte als Deckplatte verbunden sind. Dadurch können die Tragbalken aus einem Stück hergestellt werden und zudem eine den besonderen Eigenschaften der Palette entsprechende Form aufweisen.



   Die Erfindung ist anhand zweier Ausführungsbeispiele in der beiliegenden Zeichnung dargestellt und anschliessend beschrieben. Es zeigt:

Fig. 4 einen Teilschnitt einer weiteren Ausführungsform einer Flachpalette, bei welcher die Tragbalken nur durch eine Deckplatte miteinander verbunden sind,

   8 eine Ansicht einer vierten Ausführungsform einer Flachpalette aus Kunststoff oder Metall, bei welcher die Tragbalken mittels Führungen verbunden sind.



   In Fig. 1 ist mit 1 eine Grundplatte und mit 2 eine Deckplatte bezeichnet, zwischen denen Tragbalken 3, 4 angeordnet sind. Hierbei sind die am Rand der Grundund Deckplatte 1, 2 angeordneten Tragbalken 3 in ihrer Form der Kontur der Grund- und der Deckplatte 1, 2 angepasst, während der mittlere Tragbalken 4 etwa der Breite der Grund- und der Deckplatte 1, 2   angepasst    ist.



  Zwischen den Tragbalken 3, 4 sind Öffnungen 5, die das Einführen der Gabeln eines Gabelstaplers gestatten,   an-    geordnet.



   Weitere öffnungen 6 sind in den Tragbalken 3, 4 vorgesehen, so dass die Flachpalette von vier Seiten von den Gabeln eines Gabelstaplers aufgenommen werden kann. Wesentlich ist, dass die Höhe der Öffnungen 6 kleiner ist als die Höhe der Tragbalken 3, 4, wodurch eine durchgehende Verbindung des Tragbalkens 3, 4   erreicht    wird, was aus Festigkeitsgründen erwünscht ist.



   Zur Materialersparnis sind die Tragbalken 3, 4 auf ihren Innenseiten mit Ausnehmungen 7 versehen.



   Grundsätzlich ist es möglich, sowohl auf die Ausnehmungen 7 als auch auf die Öffnungen 6 zu verzichten, wodurch man eine sehr einfache Ausführung einer Flachpalette, wie dies in Fig. 3 dargestellt ist, erhält. Die Tragbalken 3', 4' weisen die Form von durchgehenden Prismen auf, so dass die Palette nach Fig. 3 nur von zwei Seiten mit den Gabeln eines Gabelstaplers aufgenommen werden kann. Man erhält jedoch auch hier leicht eine    < (Vierweg) > -Palette,    wenn Öffnungen 6', wie sie im Tragbaliken 3' angedeutet sind, vorgesehen werden. Wird der Tragbalken in einer Form hergestellt, ist der Herstellungsaufwand praktisch gleich, ob die Tragbalken Ausnehmungen und Öffnungen besitzen.



   Grund- und Deckplatte 1, 2 können aus verschiedenen Materialien bestehen, beispielsweise aus Kunststoff oder Holz. Auch können Kunststoffplatten verschiedener Art verwendet werden, wie Spanplatten, Faserplatten und Sperrholzplatten. Die Platten 1 können zweckmässig mit den Tragbalken 3, 3', 4, 4' verleimt, vernietet oder auch verpresst sein. Die Tragbalken können zweckmässig aus Kunststoff, beispielsweise aus    < (Sty-    ropor  gefertigt sein.



   Die vorstehend beschriebene Flachpalette kann wegen ihres einfachen Aufbaues preisgünstig hergestellt werden und eignet sich deshalb auch als Einweggebinde, d.h. eine Rücksendung der Flachpalette kann entfallen.



   Die Ausführung der Palette nach Fig. 4 ist ähnlich aufgebaut wie diejenige nach Fig. 1, jedoch wird hier die Grundplatte 1 weggelassen. Auch hier können zusätzliche Öffnungen 6 u. Ausnehmungen 7, wie in Fig. 4 gestrichelt angedeutet, vorgesehen werden, oder es können auch wie bei der Ausführung nach Fig. 3 prismatische Tragbalken verwendet werden.



   Bei der Ausführung nach Fig. 5 und 6 sind die Tragbalken 3, 4 mit der Deckplatte zu einem Stück vereinigt.



  Zur Verstärkung können in den öffnungen 5 und 6 auf der Unterseite der   ìDeckplatte    Rippen 8 vorgesehen werden.



   In Fig. 7 ist eine Grundplatte 1' dargestellt, welche Vertiefungen 9 zur Aufnahme der Tragbalken 3, 4 aufweist. Die Vertiefungen 9 können sowohl in Verbindung mit der Palette nach Fig. 4 als auch nach Fig. 5 Verwendung finden. Die Grundplatte 1 eignet sich speziell dafür, auf der Oberseite beladener Paletten angeordnet und in geeigneter Weise befestigt zu werden, so dass das Stapeln von Paletten nach Fig. 4, 5 und auch 8 erleichtert wird. Die Grundplatte 1' nach Fig. 7 wird zweckmässig aus Kunststoff hergestellt.



   Bei der Flachpalette nach Fig. 8 weist die Deckplatte 10 Führungen 11, beispielsweise Schwalbenschwanzführungen, auf, in welche Tragbalken 12 eingeschoben werden können. Die Tragbalken 12 weisen zweckmässig ein U-förmiges Profil auf, dessen federnde Schenkel 13 an ihren äusseren Enden entsprechend den Führungen 11 geformt sind. Das Einschieben vollzieht sich in einfachster Weise durch leichtes Zusammendrücken der federnden Schenkel 13. Auch die Tragbalken 12 können weitere Öffnungen aufweisen, wie dies bei 14 angedeutet ist. Die Öffnungen 14 reichen jedoch nicht bis an das Ende der Schenkel 13, so dass eine durchgehende Verbindung der Tragbalken 12 besteht.

 

   Zur Verstärkung der Deckplatte 10 können in die Führungen lil Hakenbänder oder -platten 15 eingeschoben werden. Alle Teile der Flachpalette nach Fig. 8 können aus Kunststoff hergestellt sein, jedoch wäre auch eine Ausführung aus Metall möglich. Wie bereits erwähnt kann die Flachpalette nach Fig. 8 zusammen mit der Grundplatte nach Fig. 7 verwendet werden, wobei die Vertiefungen 9 entsprechend den Tragbalken 12 zu formen wären. 



  
 



   The present invention relates to a flat pallet for transporting goods by means of a forklift truck.



   Pallets, in particular flat pallets, are known in various designs, but they are mainly made of wood. Pallets made of other materials are also used for special transport tasks. for example made of aluminum.



   In those cases where the return of the pallet is no longer worthwhile, it is desirable to use inexpensive pallets.



   The object of the present invention is to create a flat pallet of the simplest construction which can optionally be used as a one-way pallet.



   This object is achieved according to the invention by a flat pallet, which is characterized by supporting beams made of plastic or metal, which are connected to a plate as a cover plate. As a result, the support beams can be made from one piece and also have a shape corresponding to the special properties of the pallet.



   The invention is illustrated in the accompanying drawing using two exemplary embodiments and is described below. It shows:

   8 is a view of a fourth embodiment of a flat pallet made of plastic or metal, in which the support beams are connected by means of guides.



   In Fig. 1, 1 designates a base plate and 2 designates a cover plate, between which support beams 3, 4 are arranged. The shape of the support beams 3 arranged on the edge of the base and cover plate 1, 2 is adapted to the contour of the base and cover plate 1, 2, while the middle support beam 4 is approximately adapted to the width of the base and cover plate 1, 2.



  Openings 5, which allow the forks of a forklift truck to be inserted, are arranged between the support beams 3, 4.



   Further openings 6 are provided in the support beams 3, 4 so that the flat pallet can be picked up from four sides by the forks of a fork lift truck. It is essential that the height of the openings 6 is smaller than the height of the support beams 3, 4, whereby a continuous connection of the support beams 3, 4 is achieved, which is desirable for reasons of strength.



   To save material, the supporting beams 3, 4 are provided with recesses 7 on their inner sides.



   In principle, it is possible to dispense with both the recesses 7 and the openings 6, as a result of which a very simple design of a flat pallet as shown in FIG. 3 is obtained. The support beams 3 ', 4' are in the form of continuous prisms, so that the pallet according to FIG. 3 can only be picked up from two sides with the forks of a forklift truck. However, a <(four-way)> pallet is also easily obtained here if openings 6 ', as indicated in the support frame 3', are provided. If the supporting beam is produced in a mold, the manufacturing effort is practically the same whether the supporting beams have recesses and openings.



   The base and cover plate 1, 2 can be made of different materials, for example plastic or wood. Plastic sheets of various types can also be used, such as particle board, fiber board and plywood board. The plates 1 can expediently be glued, riveted or also pressed to the supporting beams 3, 3 ', 4, 4'. The support beams can expediently be made from plastic, for example from Styrofoam.



   The flat pallet described above can be manufactured inexpensively because of its simple structure and is therefore also suitable as a one-way container, i.e. there is no need to return the flat pallet.



   The design of the pallet according to FIG. 4 is constructed similarly to that according to FIG. 1, but the base plate 1 is omitted here. Here, too, additional openings 6 u. Recesses 7, as indicated by dashed lines in FIG. 4, can be provided, or prismatic support beams can also be used as in the embodiment according to FIG. 3.



   In the embodiment according to FIGS. 5 and 6, the supporting beams 3, 4 are combined with the cover plate into one piece.



  For reinforcement, ribs 8 can be provided in the openings 5 and 6 on the underside of the cover plate.



   In FIG. 7, a base plate 1 'is shown which has recesses 9 for receiving the support beams 3, 4. The depressions 9 can be used both in connection with the pallet according to FIG. 4 and according to FIG. The base plate 1 is particularly suitable for being arranged on the top of loaded pallets and being fastened in a suitable manner, so that the stacking of pallets according to FIGS. 4, 5 and 8 is facilitated. The base plate 1 'according to FIG. 7 is expediently made of plastic.



   In the flat pallet according to FIG. 8, the cover plate 10 has guides 11, for example dovetail guides, into which support beams 12 can be inserted. The supporting beams 12 expediently have a U-shaped profile, the resilient legs 13 of which are shaped at their outer ends in accordance with the guides 11. The pushing-in takes place in the simplest way by gently pressing the resilient legs 13 together. The support beams 12 can also have further openings, as indicated at 14. However, the openings 14 do not extend to the end of the legs 13, so that there is a continuous connection between the supporting beams 12.

 

   To reinforce the cover plate 10, hook straps or plates 15 can be inserted into the guides. All parts of the flat pallet according to FIG. 8 can be made of plastic, but a design made of metal would also be possible. As already mentioned, the flat pallet according to FIG. 8 can be used together with the base plate according to FIG. 7, the recesses 9 having to be shaped in accordance with the support beams 12.
