Claims (8)

1. Prefabricerat bygggrundelement (1; I1; 12; 101) av betong, lättklinker, lättbetong etc., främst grundkonstruktion eller 5 grundbalk för s k krypgrundbjälklag (2) eller byggnadsgrund, anknytande en av elementet uppburen värmeisolering, kännetecknat av att mellan en Övre resp. nedre balkfläns (4-5; 4^5^ 1 04-1 05) sig sträckande avstyvning (6; 6l; 106) är anordnad att föra ned last (F) frän den övre balkflänsen 10 (4; 104) till den nedre balkflänsen (5; 105).
2. Element enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat av att vertikala avstyvningar (6; 61) sträcker sig mellan de horisontella balkflänsarna (4; 5; 4‘; 51)· 15
3. Element enligt nägot av föregäende patentkrav, kännetecknat av att diagonala avstyvningar sträcker sig mellan de horisontella balkflänsarna.
4. Element enligt nägot av föregäende patentkrav, kännetecknat av att balkelementet uppvisar U-formig tvärsnittprofil.
5. Element enligt nägot av föregäende patentkrav, kännetecknat av att isoleringen (3; 32; 19; 20) som bildas av till exempel 25 cellplastskivor är uppburen invändigt i (9) elementet och/eller pä dess insida.
6. Element enligt patentkravet 5, kännetecknat av att isoleringen (3; 19; 20) är belägen invändigt i elementet 30 och att isoleringen (10; 101) är fäst pä insidan av elementets avstyvningar (6; 61) och/eller balkflänsar (4; 5; 41; 51).
7. Element enligt nägot av föregäende patentkrav, kännetecknat av att grundbalken bestär av en yttre förstyvad betongskiva 35 (7; 71) med en motgjuten inätvänd cellplastisolering (3; 19) och isolering (10; 101) fäst pä omgivande balkflänsars inätvända ytor med en limbindning.
8. Element enligt nägot av föregäende patentkrav, kännetecknat 13 91180 av att de omgivande balkfänsarna (4; 5) sträcker sig längre in frän elementets ytteryta än avständet pä vilket de mellanbelägna avstyvningarna (6) sträcker sig.
