Claims (3)

1. Förfarande för tillverkning av växelkorsningss-tycken eller skenstycken i omräden för hjulövergäng, i vil-ket pä ett grundstycke av stäl som väl lämpar sig svetsning päföres en ytterst slitstark yta för hjulspäryta av härdbart stäl med följande sammansättning: C 0,01 - 0,05 % AI 0 - 0,2 % Si 0,01 - 0,2 % B 0 - 0,1 % Mn 0,01 - 0,2 % Zr 0 - 0,1 % Co 0-15 % Fe resten Mo 1,5-6 % Ni 7-20 % Ti 0,1-1 % Cr 0-13 % kannetecknat av att hjulspärytan päföres genom sprängpläte-ring, elektronsträlesvetsning eller förbindningsvalsning pä grundstycket av stäl som väl lämpar sig för svetsning, vil-ket stäl i synnerhet innehäller s 0,24 % C, s 0,04 % P eller S, s 0,65 % Si och S 1,7 % Mn och resten Fe.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkravet, kännetecknat av att efter hjulspärytans päföring, i synnerhet efter päföring medelst elektronsrälesvetning genomföres härdning i en tem-peratur mellan 350 och 450°C, fördelaktigt i 400°C.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1 eller 2, kännetecknat av att spärytan bildas 12-25 mm, i synnerhet 15-20 mm, tjock.
