Claims (11)
1. Behällare för fluidum, av allmänt cylindrisk form, ommfattande ett inre hölje (3) av termoplastiskt 5 material, avsett att ästadkomma täthet, och ett yttre hölje (4), utfört genom fi1amentlindning och avsett att sä-kerställa den mekaniska hällfastheten, med inläggning mel-lan de tvä höljena av en första skäl (5), belägen pä bot-tensidan, och en andra skäl (10), belägen pä samma s idä 10 som behällarens öppna ände och utförd i ett enda metall-stycke (6) med en anslutningshals (7) , varvid den del av innerhöljet (3), som är beläget pä samma sida som behälla-rens (2) öppna ände, är fästad pä det metalIstycke (6) som bildar hals (7) och skäl (10), över hela kontaktytan (16) 15 mellan de tvä elementen (3, 6), och varvid skälens (10) ytteryta (13) och en del av halsens (7) ytteryta är täckt av ytterhöljet (4), kännetecknad därav, att att hopfogning mellan innerhöljet (3) och metallstycket (6) är utfört genom gjutning av innerhöljet (3) pä me-20 tallstycket (6) , sedan detta pä sin yta (16) täckts med minst ett skikt av det termoplastiska material som innerhöljet (3) bestär av.
2. Behällare enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknad därav, att halsens (7) inneryta, i den zon 25 som är täckt av innerhöljet (3) , uppvisar ett urtag (15) med en tjocklek som väsentligen motsvarar innerhöljets (3) tjocklek.
3. Behällare enligt patentkravet 1 eller 2, kännetecknad därav, att den över hela kontaktytan 30 (16) mellan metallstycket (6) och innerhöljet (3) omfattar ett tväkomponents vidhäftningselement, bestäende av en blandning av fenolepoxy och det termoplastiska material, som ifrägavarande innerhölje bestär av.
4. Behällare enligt patentkravet 3, k ä n n e - 35. e c k n a d därav, att innerhöljet (3) är utfört i ett 15 87269 termoplastiskt material av typen polyamid och av att den over hela kontaktytan (16) mellan metallstycket (6) och innerhöljet (3) omfattar ett tväkomponents vidhäftnings-element, bestäende av en blandning av fenolepoxy och poly-5 amid.
5. Behällare enligt patentkravet 4, k ä n n e - t e c k n a d därav, att fenolepoxyn först anbringas pk metallstycket (6), varefter det hela bringas tili avsedd temperatur före päsprutning av polyamid och förening med 10 höljet (3) av syntetmaterial, exempelvis i formen.

Behällare enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-5, kännetecknad därav, att ett ringformat band utfört i elastomert material är anordnat mellan ytterhöl-jet (4) och minst en skäl (10, 5) , pä den lutande ytan 15 (13) av den senare sä att det förstärker den mekaniska anslutningen mellan dessa tvä element och medger en viss möjlighet tili radiell förskjutning hos ytterhöljet i för-hällande tili skälen (10, 5).
7. Behällare enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-6, 20 kännetecknad därav, att filamentlindningen är en krysslindning, omfattande fibrer pälindade enligt tvä diagonalplan hos den cylindriska behällaren (2) samt fibrer lindade utefter dess omkrets.
8. Behällare enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-7, 25 kännetecknad därav, att den är täckt med en termiskt och eldfast beklädnad (17), bestäende av minst tvä skikt, respektive ett inre (18) och yttre (19) skikt, varvid innerskiktet (18), som utgörs av ett pappersark av keramfiber, är avsett att med ena sidan fästas pä behälla-30 rens (2) ytterhölje (4) och bilda en termisk barriär, varvid ytterskiktet (19) bestär av ett komplex av glasväv (20) och glasmatta (21), som bildar ett brandskydd ägnat att komma i kontakt med elden, varvid denna glasväv (20) är mekaniskt förenad med glasmattan (21), som i sin tur är 35 fästad pä innerskiktet (18), varvid detta komplex (19) är 1. «7269 bestruket eller impregnerat med en produkt för förstärk-ning av den kemiskt katalytiska verkan.
9. Förfarande för fraroställning av en behällare enligt nägot av patentkraven 1, 2, 7 och 8, kanne- 5 tecknat därav, att den bestär i att: - rengöra och avfetta metallstycket (6), - anbringa, ätminstone pä den yta (16) av metallstycket (6) som är avsedd att vara i kontakt med innerhöl-jet (3), ett skikt av det termoplastiska material som 10 nämnda hölje (3) bestär av, - placera metallstycket (6) och den skäl (5) , som är belägen pä samma sida som behällarens (2) botten, i ändarna av en form för innerhöljet (3) , tillhörande en anordning för rotationsformning, 15. införa det avsedda termoplastiska materialet i formen och värma nämnda form, för att bringa det termoplastiska materialet tili smältning för framställning av innerhöljet (3) genom gjutning, samt - kylä och ta ut det sälunda erhällna cylindriska 20 höljet (3) ur formen, för att sedan utföra en filament- lindning kring detta enligt dess tvä diagonalplan och ut-efter dess omkrets, för att erhälla behällarens (2) ytter-hölje (4).
10. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 9, k ä n n e -25 tecknat därav, att organen för värmning av formen är anordnade sä, att värmningstemperaturen för dess ändar närmast skälarna (5, 10) är högre än uppvärmningstempera-turen för dess centrala parti, som förenar nämnda ändar. il
