Claims (10)
1. Förfarande för att utvinna användbar gas ur avfall med hjälp av pyrolys, varvid avfallet pressas samman tili stycken eller granulat av 5 storleken 1-50 mm, bringas tili en torrhalt pi minst 75 % och därefter överförs i en upphot.tnd torrdestilleringstrumma, omvandlas tili torr-destillationsgas och varvid restämnen, sisom aska och andra smi bestinds-delar avskiljs, och varvid den producerade torrdestillationsgasen bringas att sönderfalla i en gasomvandlare som är utsatt för luftmatning och i 10 närvaro av ett glödande kolunderlagskikt tili bränngas, k ä n n e - t e c k n a t därav, att avfallet separeras tili en vit växtfraktion och tili en lättfraktion av lätt vikt, efter vilket sagda lättfraktion pressas tili briketter, sfärer eller granulat och avgasas genom förmed-ling av pyrolys och sagda vita växtfraktion leds tili en biogasanläggning 15 (13) för att bilda metangas.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknat därav, att restämnena fran pyrolysen som faller tili torrdestillationstrumman (16) i samband med pyrolysen leds tili en biogasanläggning (13). 20
3. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 2, kännetecknat därav, att en fasseparerad biogasanläggning (13) används som biogasanläggning.

Förfarande enligt vilket som heist av patentkraven 1-4, k ä n n e - t e c k n a t därav, att filterkakan eller de fasta ämnesdelarna som separerats i samband med filtreringen som sker i filtreringsanläggningen (41) för pyrolysgasen överförs tili torrdestillationstrumman (16) för att "···* förstöra de flerringade aromatiska kolvätena som bundits fast vid dessa. 35

Förfarande enligt vilket som heist av patentkraven 1-5, känne - i3 85597 t e c k n a t därav, att tvättvattenkoncentratet som bildas i samband med tvättning, filtrering och avkylning av pyrolysgasen leds till en bio-gasanläggning (13), varvid de organiska ämnesdelarna av detta tvätt-vattenkoncentrat ocksA fungerar som basämnen för att bilda metangas med 5 hjälp av bakterier.
7. Förfarande enligt vilket som heist av patentkraven 1-6, k ä n n e -t e c k n a t därav, att restämnena som blivit kvar efter biogasbild-ningen blandas i kupolugnar avsedda för förädling av stAl. 10
8. Förfarande enligt vilket som heist av patentkraven 1-7, k ä n n e -t e c k n a t därav, att man leder reningsslam och/eller rAkompost till biogasanläggningen (13).
9. Anläggning för genomföring av förfarandet som presenterats i vilket som heist av ovannämnda patentkrav 1-8 innefattande en avfallskross, en torkningsanordning och en torrdestillationstrumma som upphettas indirekt och är försedd med en minst nästan gastät matningsöppning, en uttags-öppning avsedd för fasta restämnesdelar och en utdragningsledning för 20 torrdestillationsgasen, kännetecknad därav, att anordningen för att separera den vAta växtfraktionen fran lättfraktionen innefattar en sorteringsanordning (6), tili vars uttagningsöppning (7,12) som är avsedd för den vAta växtfraktionen har anslutits en biogasanläggning (13) och tili uttagsöppningen (8) för lättfraktionen en anordning (14) för 25 granulering och upphettning av avfallet och att efter denna anläggning följer en torrdestillationstrumma (16) för att bilda torrdestillationsgasen.
10. Anläggning enligt patentkrav 9, kännetecknad därav, att 30 kondensatvattenledningen (58) av anordningen som är avsedd för granule-ring och upphettning av avfallet har anslutits tili en förbehAllare (53) och/eller tili rötgasbotten (67) av biogasanläggningen (13).
