Claims (11)

1. Förfarande för konservering av färskfoder med hjälp av bakterier som producerar mjölksyra, känneteck- n a t därav, att man till fodret tillsätter bakteriestammen 5 Lactobacillus plantarum DSM 4904.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, känne- t e c k n a t därav, att man tillsätter ca. 105 - 107 st. bakterier/gram foder, företrädesvis 106 st. bakterier/gram fOder. 10
3. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1 eller 2, kännetecknat därav, att man tillsätter bakteriestammen tili fodret tillsammans med ett eller flere konservering smedel .
4. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 3, känne- 15 tecknat därav, att man företrädesvis tillsätter bakteriestammen och konserveringsmedlet eller konserveringsmedlen som en lösning.
5. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 3, kännetecknat därav, att konserveringsmedlet är ett enzym som 20 spjälker växtfiber t.ex. cellulas.
6. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 3, kännetecknat därav, att konserveringsmedlet innehäller or-ganiska syror eller sait därav, t. ex. formiat, bensoat, pro-pionsyra eller acrylsyra. 25
7. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 6, känne tecknat därav, att man företrädesvis använder ca. 1500 gram formlat/ton foder.
8. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-7, kännetecknat därav, att man i förfarandet dessutom 30 använder en eller flera övriga L. plantarum-stammer eller öv-riga arter av mjölksyrabakterier. 82354
9. Mjölksyrabakteriestam avsedd för konservering av färskfoder, kännetecknad därav, att den är l. plantärum DSM 4904.
10. Användning av bakterien enligt patentkravet 9 för 5 konservering av färskfoder.
11. Med hjälp av förfarandet enligt nägot av pa-tentkraven 1-8 konserverat färskfoder.
