Claims (8)

1. Tuggummikomposition som innehltller ett gummibas-material och ett högeffektivt sötningsmedel, k ä n n e - 5 tecknad därav, att sötningsmedlet är i partikelform och att ett inkapslande schellack av livsmedelskvalitet omger partiklarna av sötningsmedlet.
2. Tuggummikomposition enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknad därav, att det inkapslande 10 schellacket utgör ca 25,0 vikt-% av det högeffektiva sötningsmedlet.
3. Tuggummikomposition enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknad därav, att det högeffektiva sötningsmedlet inkapslats genom ett överdragande fluidiserat 15 bäddförfarande.
4. Tuggummikomposition enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknad därav, att det högeffektiva sötningsmedlet inkapslats genom ett överdragande valsbädd-förfarande.
5. Tuggummikomposition enligt patentkravet 4, kännetecknad därav, att sötningsmedlet är ett dipeptidsötningsmedel.
6. Tuggummikomposition enligt patentkravet 5, kännetecknad därav, att dipeptidsötningsmedlet 25 är aspartam.
7. Tuggummikomposition enligt patentkravet 6, kännetecknad därav, att aspartamet utgör ca 0,025 % - ca 2,0 % per vikt av gummikompositionen och att inkapslingsmedlet utgör ca 5,0 - ca 90 % per vikt av as- 30 partamet.
8. Tuggummikomposition enligt patentkravet 7, kännetecknad därav, att schellackinkapslings-medlet utgör ca 25,0 vikt-% av aspartamet.
