Claims (28)

  1. 감미제, 풍미제, 식품용산, 약제 및 청량제로 구성된 그룹중에서 선택된 하나이상의 활성성분을 식품용 셸락 캡슐화제로 캡슐화 시킴을 특징으로 하는, 껌기재를 함유한 츄잉껌 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 셸락 캡슐화제가 활성 성분중량의 약 25.0%의 양으로 존재하는 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 활성 성분을 유동상(床)피복 방법으로 캡슐화함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  4. 제l항에 있어서, 활성성분을 롤러상 피복법으로 캡슐화함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 활성 성분이 감미제임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 감미제가 디펩타이드 감미제임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 디펩타이드 감미제가 아스파르탐임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 아스파르탐이 껌 조성물 중량의 약 0.025% 내지 약 2.0%양으로 존재하고, 캡슐화제가 아스파르탐 중량의 약 5.0% 내지 약 90.0% 양으로 존재함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 셸락 캡슐화제가 아스파르탐중량의 약 25.0%양으로 존재함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 활성성분이 풍미제임을 득징으로 하는 조성물.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 풍미제를 분말담체상에서 공(CO-)건조시킴을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 활성성분이 식품용산임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 활성성분이 약제임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  14. 제1항에 있어서, 활성성분이 청량제임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  15. 활성성분을 감미제, 풍미제, 식품용산, 약제 및 청량제로 구성된 그룹에서 선택하고, 식품용 셸락으로 활성 성분을 캡슐화 시킴을 특징으로 하여, 껌 조성물에 있어서 하나이상의 활성성분에 거의 불투과성인 피막을 입히는 방법.
  16. 제15에 있어서, 셸락 캡슐화제가 활성성분 중량의 약 25%양으로 존재함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  17. 제15항에 있어서, 활성성분을 유동상에서 캡슐화 시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  18. 제15항에 있어서, 활성성분을 롤러상에서 캡슐화 시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  19. 제15항에 있어서, 활성성분이 감미제임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
