Claims (10)
1. Kontinuerlig process för produktion av klordioxid, varvid klordioxid och klor bildas i gasformig blandning med 5 änga ur ett vattenbaserat syrareaktionsmedium, till vilket natriumklorat, klorvätesyra och svavelsyra matas och vilket reaktionsmedium hälles vid dess kokpunkt under undertryck, samt frän vilket natriumsulfat faller ut som en biprodukt; en klordioxidlösning bildas av den gasformiga blandningen, 10 klorvätesyra och svavelsyra bildas genom en reaktion av sva-veldioxid, klor och vatten och den sälunda bildade lösningen av klorvätesyra och svavelsyra ledes till reaktionsmediet, kännetecknad därav, att vattenfasens temperatur i reaktionszonen, där svaveldioxid, klor och vatten reage-15 rar, hälles under kokpunkten för denna fas.
2. Process enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknad därav, att vattenfasens temperatur regleras ätminstone delvis genom indirekt värmeväxling mellan reaktanterna och ett kylande värmeväxlingsmedium i reaktionszonen.
3. Process enligt patentkravet 2, känneteck nad därav, att den indirekta värmeväxlingen ästadkommes under användning av en reaktionszon, som definieras av en fallande filmabsorbator, vari vattnet bildar den fallande filmen, som har integrala kylningspassager, genom vilka 25 det kylande värmeväxlingsmediet flyter utan fluidumström-kontakt men i värmeväxlande förhällande med den fallande filmen.
4. Process enligt patentkravet 3, kännetecknad därav, att klor och svaveldioxid matas till den fallan-30 de filmabsorbatorn för reaktion av huvuddelen av svaveldioxi-den och kloren med vatten i form av en svag vattenlösning av klorvätesyra och svavelsyra, att oreagerad svaveldioxid och klor ledes till ett packat torn, att vatten ledes till det packade tornet för reaktion med den tillförda oreagerade 35 svaveldioxiden och den oreagerade kloren för bildande av en svag vattenlösning av klorvätesyra och svavelsyra, som ledes till den fallande filmabsorbatorn.
