Claims (12)
1. Ultraljudfinfördelare för finfördelning av väts-kor, vilken finfördelare omfattar en finfördelningssektion 5 med en finfördelningsyta (22A), en tili finfördelningssek-tionen kopplad ultraljuddrivanordning (54 , 55, 56) och ett hai, som gär axialt genom finfördelningssektionen coh ultral juddrivanordningen och leder tili finfördelningsytan för mottagande av en rörforraig del (11, 70), medelst vil-10 ken finfördelningsytan mätäs med vätska, känne- t e c k n a d därav, att den ena änden av den rörformiga delen (11, 70) är inskjuten i det axialt gäende hälet för matning av finfördelningsytan med vätska, att finfördela-ren omfattar medel (60) för fästande av den rörformiga de-15 Ien vid finfördelningssektionen, och att dessutom pä ett radialt utskjutande avständ fran det axialt gaende hälet finns fästmedel (58, 72) för fästande av ultraljuddrivanordningen (54, 55, 56) vid finfördelningssektionen (16), sä att den vätska som förts tili finfördelningsytan genom 20 den rörformiga delen kan finfördelas tili följd av elekt-risk magnetisering av drivanordningen (54, 55, 56).
2. Ultraljudfinfördelare för finfördelning av väts-kor, vilken finfördelare omfattar en finfördelningssektion med en finfördelningsyta (22A), en tili finfördelningssek- 25 tionen kopplad ultraljuddrivanordning (54, 55, 56) och ett häl som gär axialt genom ultraljuddrivanordningen och fin-fördelningssektionen och leder tili finfördelningsytan för mottagande av en rörformig del (11, 70), medelst vilken finfördelningsytan mätäs med vätska, känneteck-30 n a d därav, att detta axialt gaende häl är försett med en urkopplingshylsa (71, 73, 77) som sträcker sig bakät frän finfördelningsytan, att den rörformiga delen (11, 70) sträcker sig bakät frän urkopplingshylsan, är placerad i detta axialt gäende häl och kopplad tili urkopplingshyl-35 san, att finfördelarhuset uppvisar medel (60) för fästan- 18 71 989 de av urkopplingshylsan och den rörformiga delen och att finfördelaren dessutom omfattar fästmedel (58, 82) för koppiing av ultraljuddrivanordningen tili finfördelnings-sektionen, sä att en vätska som förts tili finfördelnings-5 ytan genom den rörformiga delen och urkopplingshylsan kan finfördelas tili följd av elektrisk magnetisering av driv-anordningen.
3. Ultraljudfinfördelare enligt patentkravet 1 el-ler 2, kännetecknad därav, att den omfattar 10 en främre ultraljudhornsektion (16A), frän vilken sträcker sig en finfördelningssektion som slutar med finfördelnings-ytan, och dessutom en bakre hornsektion (50) , varvid ultral juddrivanordningen är inbäddad mellan den främre och bakre sektionen, och fästmedel (82) för fastanslutning av 15 den främre och bakre sektionen tili ultraljuddrivanordningen.
4. Ultraljudfinfördelare enligt nigot av patentkra-ven 1-3, kännetecknad därav, att ultraljuddrivanordningen bestir av tvi piezoelektriska drivelement 20 (54, 56), som vartdera uppvisar ett centralt hai, som bil- dar en del av det axialt gaende hilet, och att elektroden (55) uppvisar ett genomgoende hai, som likasi bildar en del av det axialt giende hilet och är inbäddat mellan de bida piezoelektriska drivelementen.
5. Ultraljudfinfördelare enligt nigot av patentkra- ven 1-4, kännetecknad därav, att för mot-tagande av den rörformiga delens ände, som är försedd med en gänga (68, 69), det axialt giende halet i den främre delen (16A) är försett med en gänga (60) , i vilken den 30 rörformiga delen är inskruvad.
6. Ultraljudfinfördelare enligt nigot av patentkra-ven 1,3-5, kännetecknad därav, att urkopplingshylsan (71, 73, 77) sträcker sig i det axialt gaende hilet ungefär fran finfördelningsytan eller dess närhet 35 tili den rörformiga delen.
