Claims (28)

1. Förfarande för framställning av porösa polymerpartik-lar i pulverform, kännetecknat därav, att en homo- 5 gen blandning av minst tvä komponenter, varvid den ena kompo-nenten är en smältbar polymer och den andra komponenten är en i förhällande till polymeren inert vätska och de bäda komponen-terna bildar ett binärt system/ som i flytande tillständ upp-visar ett omräde med fullständig blandbarhet och ett omräde 10 med ofullständig blandbarhet, vid en temperatur över bland- ningens sönderdelningstemperatur bringas i en bädd av fastäm-nepartiklar, avkyls tili en temperatur under stelningstempera-turen av polymeren i blandningen, och den därvid erhällna kak-artade massan finfördelas och polymer-substansen separeras 15 frän den inerta vätskan och fastämnepartiklarna.
2. Förfarande enligt kravet 1, kännetecknat därav, att det används en bädd av fastämnepartiklar med en storlek frän 50 tili 5000^um.
3. Förfarande enligt kravet 1 eller 2, känneteck-20 n a t därav, att det används en fastämnepartikelbädd,som be- stär av smä glaskulor.
4. Förfarande enligt kravet 1 eller 2, känneteck-n a d därav, att som fastämnepartiklar används ett sait.
5. Förfarande enligt kravet 4, kännetecknat 25 därav, att som sait används natriumsulfat.
6. Förfarande enligt kravet 5, kännetecknat därav, att det används natriumsulfat med en kornstorlek frän 50 tili 400^um.
7. Förfarande enligt nägot av kraven 1-6, k ä n n e -30 tecknat därav, att som polymer används polypropylen.
8. Förfarande enligt kravet 7, kännetecknat därav, att som polymer används polypropylen och som inert vätska Ν,Ν-bis-(2-hydroxietyl)-hexadekylamin.
9. Förfarande enligt kravet 3, känetecknat 35 därav, att den inerta vätskan extraheras ur den erhällna kakan, kakan finfördelas och glaskulorna och polymerpartiklarna separeras pa grund av deras täthetsskillnad. 12 7091 4
10. Förfarande enligt kravet 9, kännetecknat därav, att separeringen utförs genom uppslamning i vatten.
11. Förfarande enligt kravet 1, kännetecknat därav, att den erhällna kakan först finfördelas och sedan 5 extraheras.
12. Förfarande enligt kravet 1, kännetecknat därav, att den erhällna kakan finfördelas och extraheras sam-tidigt.
13. Förfarande enligt kravet 1, kännetecknat 10 därav, att den erhällna kakan extraheras, fastämnepartiklarna upplöses och kakan finfördelas samtidigt.
14. Förfarande enligt nägot av kraven 1-13, kännetecknat därav, att de porösa polymerpartiklarna i pul-verform efter separering av den inerta vätskan och fastämne- 15 partiklarna uppdelas i kornstorleksfraktioner genom sällning.
15. Porösa polymerpartiklar i pulverform, k ä n n e -tecknade därav, att de har erhällits medelst ett förfarande, väri en homogen blandning av minst tva komponenter, varvid den ena komponenten är en smältbar polymer och den andra 20 komponenten är en i förhällande till polymeren inert vätska och de bäda komponenterna bildar ett binärt system, som i f ly-tande tillständ uppvisar ett omräde med fullständig blandbar-het och ett omräde med ofullständig blandbarhet, vid en tempe-ratur över blandningens sönderdelningstemperatur bringas i en 25 bädd av fastämnepartiklar, avkyls tili en temperatur under stelningstemperaturen av polymeren i blandningen, och den därvid erhällna kakartade massan finfördelas och polymer-subs-tansen separeras frän den inerta vätskan och fastämnepartiklarna.
16. Porösa polymerpartiklar i pulverform enligt kravet 15, kanneteckna'de därav, att de har en skenbar täthet frän 0,1 tili 0,3, en utifrän tillgänglig tomrumsvolym över 50 eller över 70% och en kornstorlek frän 50 tili 700^um.
17. Porösa polymerpartiklar i pulverform, enligt kravet 35 15 eller 16, kännetecknade därav, att de har en kornstorlek mellan 50 och 100^um.
