Claims (10)
1. Förfarande för utvinning av metallföreningar ur skärsten, vilken innehäller basmetallerna nickel, 5 kobolt ooh järn, genom en kombination av syre- och klor-lakning, kännetecknat av steg, vid vilka först en uppslamning av skärstenen lakas under syre vid förhöjt tryck i en sur, vatten- och järnhaltig klorid-lösning för bringande av ätminstone en del av basmetallit) innehäller av skärstenen i lösning och för hydrolysering av järn; produkterna frän syrelakningen utsätts för fast-material-vätske-separation för erhällande av en bärande lut, vilken innehäller nickel och kobolt i lösning, och en fast rest av partiellt lakad skärsten och järnliydr-15 oxider; den partiellt urlakade skärstenen lakas med klor i en sur, vattenhaltig lut för erhällande av en rest med hög svavelhalt och en mellanproduktlut; mellanproduktlu-ten ätercirkuleras tili syrelakningen; den bärande syre-lakningsluten behandlas för avlägsning av kobolt, var-20 efter nicklet utvinns galvaniskt; och den utarmade elek-trolyten ätercirkuleras sedan frän den galvaniska nickel-utvinningen tili klorlakningssteget.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat därav, att det appliceras pä den skärsten 25 soin per vikt innehäller 10-40 % nickel, 1-20 % kobolt, 20-70 % järn, upp tili 20 % koppar och 5-30 % svavel.
3. Förfarande enligt nägot av de föregäende patent-kraven, kännetecknat därav, att mellanprodukt-luten, vilken används för syrelakningen, innehäller 100- 30 180 g/1 nickel, 1-50 g/1 kobolt, upp tili 50 g/1 koppar och 25-150 g/1 järn soin klorider, med upp tili 10 g/1 sulfat.
