Claims (7)
1. Förfarande för framställning av ett cellulosfiberför-stärkt karbonatbyggnadselement med stor slaghällfasthet, varvid fasta ämnen och vatten blandas för att ästadkomma ett slam, vars hait av fasta ämnen innefattar ätminstone en jordalkalimetall-oxid eller -hydroxid och cellulosafiber 7 - 40 % av vikten av fasta ämnen, och ett gasgenomträngligt formation med vatten in-nehällande porer bildas av slammet, varvid den önskade porosite-ten uppnäs genom komprimering av formationen och vatten avlägs-nas av formationen, och koldioxidgas bringas att intränga i formationen genom förmedling av porerna, varvid hydroxiden eller hydroxiderna omvandlas tili karbonat eller karbonater, och fram-ställes ett element, kännetecknat därav, att det okarbonerade formationens porositet är 35 ~ 50 %y varvid porosi-teten utgör volymen av formationens porer uttryckt i procent av hela formationens volym, och varvid omvandlingen tili karbonat eller karbonater kan utföras pä en kort tid, som beror pä mäng-den koldioxid i den under behandlingen närvarande luften och är ca 30 minuter för 100 procentig koldioxid, och varvid erhälles ett byggnadselement med stor slagstyrka, varvid den stora slag-styrkan kan uppnäs även utan fyllnadsmedel.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknat därav, att cellulosafibrerna utgör 10 - 30 % av de fasta ämnenas vikt.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1 eller 2, kännetecknat därav, att formationens vattenhalt före karbo-nisering är 45 - 55 % av porvolymen.
4. Förfarande enligt nägot av föregäende patentkrav, kännetecknat därav, att jordalkalimetallen är kal-cium.
5- Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-4, kännetecknat därav, att koldioxidgasen utgöres av en gas-blandning, varvid koldioxidhalten är 28 - 100 % av volymen, och att karboniseringsskedet räcker 30 minuter - 2,5 timmar.
