Claims (14)

1. Förfarande för framställning av en laminerad, 1jusgenomsläp-pande, raot eld skyddande panel, som bestär av minst ett fast skikt av ett svällande material och anordnat mellan tvä konstruktionslager, där det bildas ett skikt av ett svällande material, i vilket förfarande detta skikt och det första konstruktionslagret sammanfogas raed en oorganisk yta av en skiva, som bestär av det andra konstruktionslagret, sä att det förstnämnda skiktet är i kontakt med denna oorganis-ka yta och har anordnats mellan näranda konstruktiva lager, k ä n -netecknat därav, att ätminstone kanterna av den sä-lunda bildade kombinationen omslutes pä ett sädant sätt att det bildas ett rum kring kanterna, där senare ett tryck som är raindre än atmos-färstrycket kan alstras för att utsätta rummen mellan lagren för sug-ning vid kanterna, och att kombinationen utsättes för ett tryck som är raindre än det atraosfäriska trycket och som verkar ätminstone vid den skiktade kombinationens yttre huvudytor, medan kombinationen utsättes för värme i en behandlingskammare och rummen mellan lagren utsättes för nämnda sugverkan, för att ästadkomma sammanbindning av de olika skikten utan att det i värme svällande materialet sväller.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, känneteck-nat därav, att vid behandlingen utsättes kombinationen för ett tryck, som är mindre än det atmosfäriska trycket, och upp-värmes, och utsättning av rummen mellan lagren för sugverkan böriar samtidigt.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkrsvet 1 eller 2, k ä n n e -tecknat därav, att det yttre undertrycket i rummet kring kombinationens kanter skiljer sig frän omgivningens tryck som är mindre än det atmosfäriska trycket och som päverkar ätminstone en av kombinationens yttre huvudytor ätminstone under en del av behandl ingsperioden.
4. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 3, kännetecknat därav , att det atmosfäriska trycket i rummet kring kanterna reduceras under behandlingen sä att detta undertryck tili en början är större men sedan blir mindre än det undertryck som päverkar ätminstone en av de yttre huvudytorna.
5- Förfarande enligt nägot av de föregäende patentkraven, kännetecknat därav, attdetyttre undertrycket i rummet kring kanterna minskas tili 2,7 kPa eller mindre, lämpligen tili 1,3 kPa eller mindre.
