Claims (4)
1. Anordning för kortslutningsljusbagsvetsning innefattande minst en första matningskälla med en toragangsspänning, som är högre än ljusbägsspänningen, och med en strörakällas vissa egen värde samt en andra matningskälla med en lag spanning och med en liten inre impedans, vidare en svetstrad som frän en rulle och via en svetsträdsstryning mätäs tili ett arbetsstycke, som skall svetsas, samt en styrenhet för att ästadkomma styrsignaler för bestamning av tidsintervall i svetscykeln, varvid svetsningsströmmarna har förut bestämda värden under förut bestämda tidsintervaller, kännetecknad därav, att styrenheten (12) är utförd att bestämma ett konstant tidsintervall T, , i vilket den första mat- b ningskällan (la) avger 1jusbagsströmmen i ljusbägen (9) mellan svetstraden (6) och arbetsstycket (7), och att vid slutet av tidsintervallet en första ström-ställare (4a) förbinder den första (la) och den andra (Ib) matningskällan, varvid den andra spänningskällans (lb) spanning är lägre än ljusbägsspänningen, samt att styrenheten (12) avger en styrsignal för att sluta en andra strömställare (4b, 4c) efter ett tidsintervall T , i vilket den pa svetstraden (6) alstrade svetsdroppen överförs tili den smälta zonen (8) i arbetsstycket (7) tili foljd av svetsträd-hastigheten, efterföljt av en konstant fördröjningstid efter tidpunkten för kortslutning, varvid den andra matningskällan (Ib) via den andra strömställaren (4b, 4c) avger kortslutningsström för att separera droppe och träd.
2. Anordning enligt patentkravet 1,kännetecknad därav, att den första matningskällan (la) är ansluten direkt tili svetstraden (6) med en posi-tiv klämma (2a) och att den andra matningskällan (Ib) med en positiv klämma (2b) är ansluten tili svetstraden via tvä styrda kisellikriktare (4a, 4b) , vilka är anslutna antiparallellt, och vilka fungerar som svetsströmställare, samt att en negativ klämma (3a, 3b) pa varje matningskälla är ansluten tili arbetsstycket, varvid styrenheten (12) för varje 1jusbäg/kortslutningscykel först kopplar tili den ena styrda kisellikriktaren (4a) sä att ljusbägen utsläckes och den andra matningskällan förbrukar strömmen och efter tidsintervallet kopplar tili den andra styrda kisellikriktaren (4b) för avgivande av kortslutningsströmmen.
3. Anordning enligt patentkravet 1,kännetecknad därav, att den första matningskällan (la) med en positiv klämma (2a) är ansluten till svetstraden (6) genom en första styrd kisellikriktare (4c), att den andra matningskällan (Ib) med en positiv klämma (2b) är ansluten tili den första källans (la) positive klämma (2a) genom en parallellkoppling av en andra styrd kisellikriktare (4a) och en diod (D) med inbördes motsatt polaritet, varvid styrenheten (12) per
