Claims (9)
1. Förfarande för blekning av kemisk massa, varvid en massa med en koncentration av 3-40 % bringas i ett första skede att reagera med syre vid en temperatur av 70-l4Q°C vid ett syretryck av 5-10 kp/cm och ι ett andra skede att reagera med en peroxiförenmg, varefter alternativt följer ett tredje skede, känneteck-n a t av att massan bringas i det första skedet att reagera med syre vid närvaro av ett skyddsämne, vars koncentration är ca 0,2-10 % räknad pä vikten av ugnstorkad massa, varvid skyddsämnet utgöres av Na2S2Oi| eller Na2Sx, väri x är ett heltal 2-4, under ca 1/2-8 timmar, alternativt vid närvaro av ca 0,5-5 % natriumhydroxid, att massan i ett andra skede bringas att reagera med 0,5-2 %, fördelaktigt 1 % perättiksyra räknat pä vikten av ugnstorkad massa, varvid pH-värdet vid begynnelsen av det andra skedet är 8-12, vid en temperatur av 50-90°C, fördelaktigt 70°C under 30-120 minuter, och vid önskan bringas massan i ett tredje skede att reagera med ca 0,25-2,0¾ klordioxid räknat pä vikten av ugnstorkad massa, vid en temperatur av 20-90°C, fördelaktigt 70°C under ca 5-120 minuter.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat av att pH-värdet i början av det andra blekningssteget med perättiksyra är 8-10.
3- Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1 eller 2, där 0,5~5 % natriumhydroxid räknat pä massans vikt är närvarande vid det första skedet, kännetecknat av att skyddsämnets koncentration är 2 % eller lägre räknad pä vikten av ugnstorkad massa.
4. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1 eller 2, kännetecknat av att skyddsämnet i det första skedet utgöres av Na2S^ och att dess koncentration är 2 % eller högre räknat pä vikten av ugnstorkad massa.
