Claims (10)
1. Förfarande för framstäl1 ning av monokalciumfosfat och/eller dikalcium-fosfat genom direkt omsättning mellan föruppvärmd fosforsyra och en föruppvärmd vattensuspens ion av findelat ka 1 c i umkarbonat, kännetecknat därav, att reaktionskomponenterna inledes i en kort rörformig reaktionszon, vars ena ända är sluten och den andra ändan öppen, varvid den skuimnande reaktionsblandningen avgär genom den öppna ändan med anledning av den "bildade koldioxidens tryck, och en reaktiosprodukt i form av en fritt rinnande kornformig produkt erhälles.
2. Förfarande enl igt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat därav, att i ka 1ciumkarbonatsuspensionen ätminstone 97 vikt-% av partiklarna har en kornstor-lek mindre än 50 jum.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1 eller 2, kännetecknat därav, att ka 1ciumkarbonatets medelkornstorlek är under 20 pm. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-3, kännetecknat därav, att kaiciumkarbonatssuspensionen är föruppvärmd tili temperatur mellan 60 och 100°C.
5. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-4, kännetecknat därav, att fosforsyran är föruppvärmd tili en temperatur mellan 113 och 132°C.
6. Förfarande enligt nägot eller nägra av patentkraven 1 - 5, känne-t e c k n a t därav, att man använder en ren fosforsyra, som innehaller 74 - 83 vikt-% H^PO^.
7. Förfarande enligt nägot eller nägra av patentkraven 1-5, kännetecknat därav, att man använder kalciumhaltigt fosforsyra.
8. Förfarande enligt nägot eller nägra av patentkraven 1-7, kännetecknat därav, att man använder en kalciumhaltig fosforsyra med ett Ca/P-förhällande inte överstigande 0,45.
9. Anläggning för genomföring av förfaranden enligt patentkraven 1 - 8 omfattande en reaktionszon som är kopplad med separata matarledningar för bade ka 1ciumkarbonatsuspensΐon och fosforsyra och inrättningar för uppsamling och vidarebehand1ing av den bildade reaktionsprodukten, kännetecknat därav, att reaktionszonen är utformad som en i och för sig känd rörreaktor (5) med ett öppet ändparti som bildar ett avgangsrör, vilket avgängsrör är inrättat för samverkan med en fallkammare (7) och en i fa 11kammarens nedre ända anordnad uppsamlingsinrättning (8).
10. Anläggning enligt patentkravet 9, kännetecknat därav, att rörreaktorn (5) bestär av 3 sektioner, anordnade efter varandra, en första blandkammare (55), en reaktions- eller tryck-kammare (56) och ett avgängsrör (53), och där blandkammaren är sluten tili tangetialt anordnade matarledningar (52, 57) för reaktionskomponenterna.
