Abstract
Keksintö koskee menetelmää synteesikaasun valmistamiseksi, joka menetelmä käsittää seuraavat vaiheet: - toimitetaan hiiliyhdisteitä ja tahmeita komponentteja sisältävää raakakaasua reaktoriin (1) raakakaasun käsittelemiseksi osittaisella hapetuksella, jolloin raakakaasuvirtaan lisätään happea ja höyryä, - happi ja höyry reagoivat mainitun raakakaasun osan kanssa nostaen lämpötilaa tuhkan sulamisen ja tahmeiden komponenttien hiilivety-yhdisteiden krakkauksen mahdollistamiseksi, - määritetään suojaavan kuona-/pölykerroksen paksuus ajoittain ja ylläpidetään sitä siten, että kun kuona-/pölykerroksen paksuus on kertynyt ennalta määrättyyn arvoon, kuona-/pölykerros pudotetaan reaktorin (1) pohjalle kopauttamalla vähintään yhtä sisäpaneeliseinistä (31) kerrallaan. Keksintö koskee myös vastaavaa reaktoria (1).
