Abstract
Käsillä oleva keksintö liittyy menetelmään, jossa tehdään syötteelle, jonka happipitoisuus on korkeintaan 5,0 paino-% (kuivapainon perusteella) lämpökäsittelyä, erotetaan kiintoaineita lämpökäsitellystä materiaalista metallista köyhdytetyn syötteen valmistamiseksi, tehdään metallista köyhdytetylle syötteelle, valinnaisesti toisen syötteen kanssa, hydrokrakkausta ja otetaan talteen hydrokrakatusta materiaalista ainakin yksi hiilivetyfraktio, joka kiehuu nestemäisten polttoaineiden alueella.
Claims (15)
1. Menetelmä, joka käsittää seuraavat vaiheet:
tehdään syötteelle lämpökäsittelyä (lämpökäsittelyvaihe) lämpökäsitellyn materiaalin, joka käsittää nestemäisiä komponentteja ja kiinteitä komponentteja, valmistamiseksi, erotetaan kiintoaineita lämpökäsitellystä materiaalista metallista köyhdytetyn syötteen (eng. metal-depleted feed) valmistamiseksi, tehdään metallista köyhdytetylle syötteelle, valinnaisesti toisen syötteen (eng. cofeed) kanssa, hydrokrakkausta (hydrokrakkausvaihe) hydrokrakatun materiaalin valmistamiseksi, otetaan talteen hydrokrakatusta materiaalista ainakin yksi hiilivetyfraktio, joka kiehuu nestemäisten polttoaineiden alueella;
missä syötteen happipitoisuus on korkeintaan 5,0 paino-% kuivapainon perusteella, ja missä liukenemattomien komponenttien poistamisvaihe käsittää ainakin yhden seuraavista: sentrifugointi, suodatus ja sedimentaatio.
2. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen menetelmä, jossa syötteen happipitoisuus, kuivapainon perusteella, on alueella 0,1 paino-% - 5,0 paino-%, edullisesti korkeintaan 4,0 paino-%, korkeintaan 3,5 paino-% tai korkeintaan 3,0 paino-% ja/tai vähintään 0,2 paino-%, vähintään 0,3 paino-%, vähintään 0,4 paino-% tai vähintään 0,5 paino-%.
3. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 tai 2 mukainen menetelmä, jossa vedyn (H) ja hiilen (C) kokonaispitoisuus syötteessä, kuivapainon perusteella, on vähintään 80 paino-%, edullisesti vähintään 85 paino-%, vähintään 90 paino-%, vähintään 92 paino-%, vähintään 94 paino-%, vähintään 95 paino-%, vähintään 96 paino-%, vähintään 97 paino-%, vähintään 98 paino-% tai vähintään 99 paino-%.
4. Jonkin edeltävän patenttivaatimuksen mukainen menetelmä, jossa metallista köyhdytetylle syötteelle tehdään hydrokrakkausta yhdessä toisen syötteen kanssa, joka toinen syöte on edullisesti fossiilipohjainen syöte, uusiutuva syöte tai molempien
2/3 yhdistelmä.
5. Jonkin edeltävän patenttivaatimuksen mukainen menetelmä, jossa metallista köyhdytetyn syötteen metallipitoisuus on korkeintaan 60 paino-% syötteen metallipitoisuudesta, edullisesti korkeintaan 50 paino-%, korkeintaan 40 paino-%, korkeintaan 30 paino-%, korkeintaan 20 paino-%, korkeintaan 15 paino-%, korkeintaan 10 paino-%, korkeintaan 8 paino-%, korkeintaan 7 paino-%, korkeintaan 6 paino-%, korkeintaan 5 paino-%, korkeintaan 4 paino-% tai korkeintaan 3 paino-% syötteen metallipitoisuudesta.
6. Jonkin edeltävän patenttivaatimuksen mukainen menetelmä, jossa lämpökäsittely suoritetaan lämpötilassa, joka on vähintään 290 °C, edullisesti vähintään 300 °C, vähintään 310 °C, vähintään 320 °C tai vähintään 330 °C.
7. Jonkin edeltävän patenttivaatimuksen mukainen menetelmä, jossa lämpökäsittelyä suoritetaan vähintään 1 minuutin ajan, edullisesti vähintään 2 minuuttin ajan, vähintään 5 minuutin ajan, vähintään 10 minuutin ajan, vähintään 20 minuutin ajan, vähintään 30 minuutin ajan, vähintään 40 minuutin ajan, vähintään 50 minuutin ajan, vähintään 60 minuutin ajan, vähintään 80 minuutin ajan tai vähintään 100 minuutin ajan.
8. Jonkin edeltävän patenttivaatimuksen mukainen menetelmä, jossa hydrokrakkausvaihe suoritetaan lämpötilassa, joka on alueella 300 °C - 500 °C.
9. Jonkin edeltävän patenttivaatimuksen mukainen menetelmä, jossa metallista köyhdytetylle syötteelle tehdään hydrokrakkausta kiinteän katalyytin läsnä ollessa ja kiinteä katalyytti sisältää edullisesti vähintään yhtä epäjaloa ryhmän Vili metallia ja vähintään yhtä ryhmän VIB metallia ja kantajaa.
10. Patenttivaatimuksen 9 mukainen menetelmä, jossa kantaja käsittää piioksidia, alumiinioksidia tai savea ja/tai kantaja käsittää Brönsted-happokomponenttia, joka Brönsted-happokomponentti on edullisesti zeoliittia tai amorfista piioksidi-
3/3 alumiinioksidia.
11. Jonkin edeltävän patenttivaatimuksen mukainen menetelmä, jossa hydrokrakkausvaihe suoritetaan kuplivassa leijukerrosreaktorissa, lietereaktorissa tai
5 kiintopetireaktorissa.
12. Jonkin edeltävän patenttivaatimuksen mukainen menetelmä, jossa metallien ja fosforin kokonaispitoisuus syötteessä on alueella 500 mg/kg - 10 000 mg/kg, edullisesti 1000 mg/kg - 8000 mg/kg.
13. Jonkin edeltävän patenttivaatimuksen mukainen menetelmä, jossa liukenemattomien komponenttien poistamisvaihe käsittää ainakin sentrifugointia.
14. Talteen otetun hiilivetyfraktion, joka on saatu jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 1-13
15 mukaisella menetelmällä, käyttö polttoaineen tai polttoainekomponentin valmistamiseksi.
