Abstract
Polttovoimakoneen polttoaineenruiskutussuutin (10), jossa on suutinrunko (11) ja suutinrunkoon (11) sijoitettu suutinneula (12), jolloin suutinrunkoon (11) on muodostettu venttiili-istukka (13) venttiilirunkona toimivalle suutinneulalle (12) siten, että polttoaineenruiskutussuuttimen ollessa suljettuna suutinneulan (12) alue (15) painuu suutinrungosta (11) muodostettua venttiili-istukkaa (13) vasten, ja jolloin ainakin suutinneulan (12) mainittu alue (15), joka polttoaineenruiskutussuuttimen ollessa suljettuna painuu suutinrungosta (11) muodostettua venttiili-istukkaa (13) vasten, on muodostettu keraamisesta materiaalista.
Claims (5)
- Patenttivaatimukset1. Polttovoimakone, nimittäin raskasöljyllä käytettävä laivadieselpolttovoimakone tai stationäärinen polttovoimakone, jossa on useita sylintereitä ja polttoaineensyöttölaitteisto, jonka avulla sylintereihin voidaan syöttää polttoai-5 netta, jolloin polttoaineensyöttölaitteistossa on jokaista sylinteriä varten vähintään yksi polttoaineenruiskutussuutin (10), tunnettu siitä, että kussakin polttoaineenruiskutussuuttimessa (10) on suutinrunko (11) ja suutinrunkoon (11) sijoitettu suutinneula (12), jolloin suutinrunkoon (11) on muodostettu venttiili-istukka (13) venttiilirunkona toimivalle suutinneulalle (12) siten, että poltto10 aineenruiskutussuuttimen ollessa suljettuna suutinneulan (12) alue (15) painuu suutinrungosta (11) muodostettua venttiili-istukkaa (13) vasten, jolloin ainakin suutinneulan (12) mainittu alue (15), joka polttoaineenruiskutussuuttimen ollessa suljettuna painuu suutinrungosta (11) muodostettua venttiili-istukkaa (13) vasten, on muodostettu keraamisesta materiaalista, että suutinneula (12) ko15 konaisuudessaan on muodostettu keraamisesta materiaalista, ja että polttoaineenruiskutussuuttimet ovat common-rail-polttoaineensyöttölaitteiston rakenneosia.
- 2. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen polttoaineenruiskutussuutin, tunnettu siitä, että keraaminen materiaali on zirkonioksidikeramiikkaa.20
- 3. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen polttoaineenruiskutussuutin, tunnettu siitä, että keraaminen materiaali on sirkonioksidista ja alumiinioksidista muodostettua sekoitusoksidikeramiikkaa.
- 4. Patenttivaatimuksen 3 mukainen polttoaineenruiskutussuutin, tunnettu siitä, että sekoitusoksidikeramiikka on alumiinioksidivahvistettua25 sirkonioksidikeramiikkaa (ATZ-keramiikkaa).
- 5. Patenttivaatimuksen 3 mukainen polttoaineenruiskutussuutin, tunnettu siitä, että sekoitusoksidikeramiikka on sirkonioksidivahvistettua alumiinioksidikeramiikkaa (ZTA-keramiikkaa).
