Claims (15)

  1. PATENTTIVAATIMUKSET
    1. Lujuusaine paperille, kartongille tai vastaavalle, joka aine käsittää
    - ensimmäisen komponentin, joka on jauhettua selluloosakuitua, jonka jauhatusaste 5 on >70 °SR, jolloin selluloosakuidut on saatu kraftkuidutuksella tai sulfiittikuidutuksella ja altistamalla kuidut kuidutuksen jälkeen mekaaniselle jauhatukselle, kunnes saavutetaan haluttu SR-arvo, ja
    - toisen komponentin, joka on synteettinen kationinen polymeeri, jonka varaustiheys on 0,1—2,5 mekv/g, määritettynä pH:ssa 2,7, ja keskimääräinen molekyylipaino 400
    10 000—4 000 000 g/mol, jolloin lujuusaine käsittää jauhettuja selluloosakuituja ja synteettistä kationista polymeeriä suhteessa 100:1—5:1, ja ensimmäinen ja toinen komponentti on sekoitettu keskenään lujuusainekoostumuksen muodostamiseksi ennen lujuusaineen lisäystä kuitumassaan, tai ne on lisätty kuitumassaan erikseen mutta samanaikaisesti.
  2. 2. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen lujuusaine, tunnettu siitä, että selluloosakuitujen jauhatusaste on 70—98 °SR, edullisesti 75—90 °SR, edullisemmin 77—87 °SR.
  3. 3. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 tai 2 mukainen lujuusaine, tunnettu siitä, että selluloosa20 kuidut ovat kraftkuidutuksella saatuja valkaistuja havupuukuituja.
  4. 4. Jonkin edellisen patenttivaatimuksen 1—3 mukainen lujuusaine, tunnettu siitä, että synteettisen kationisen polymeerin varaustiheys on 0,2—2,5 mekv/g, edullisesti 0,3—1,9 mekv/g, edullisemmin 0,4—1,35 mekv/g.
  5. 5. Jonkin edellisen patenttivaatimuksen 1—4 mukainen lujuusaine, tunnettu siitä, että synteettisen kationisen polymeerin keskimääräinen molekyylipaino on 500 000—1 900 000 g/mol.

  6. 6. Jonkin edellisen patenttivaatimuksen 1—5 mukainen lujuusaine, tunnettu siitä, että synteettinen kationinen polymeeri on metakryyliamidin tai akryyliamidin ja ainakin yhden kationisen monomeerin kopolymeeri.

Patenttivaatimuksen 6 mukainen lujuusaine, tunnettu siitä, että kationinen monomeeri on valittu ryhmästä, joka koostuu metakryloyylioksietyylitrimetyyliammoniumkloridista, akryloyylioksietyylitrimetyyliammoniumkloridista, 3- (metakryyliamidosta) propyylitrimetyyliammoniumkloridista, 3-(akryloyyliamidosta) propyylitrime5 tyyliammoniumkloridista, diallyylidimetyyliammoniumkloridista, dimetyyliaminoetyyliakrylaatista, dimetyyliaminoetyylimetakrylaatista, dimetyyliaminopropyyliakryyliamidista ja dimetyyliaminopropyylimetakryyliamidista.
  8. 8. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen lujuusaine, tunnettu siitä, että se käsittää kati10 onista tai amfoteerista tärkkelystä, jonka substituutioaste on alueella 0,01—0,5, edullisesti 0,04—0,3, edullisemmin 0,05—0,2.
  9. 9. Jonkin edellisen patenttivaatimuksen 1—8 mukainen lujuusaine, tunnettu siitä, että se käsittää 70—99,8 painoprosenttia, edullisesti 90—99 painoprosenttia jau15 hettuja selluloosakuituja ja 0,5—10 painoprosenttia, edullisesti 1—5 painoprosenttia, synteettistä kationista polymeeriä.
  10. 10. Jonkin edellisen patenttivaatimuksen 1—8 mukainen lujuusaine, tunnettu siitä, että Lujuusaine käsittää jauhettuja selluloosakuituja ja synteettistä kationista poly20 meeriä suhteessa 70:1—20:1.
  11. 11. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 1—10 mukaisen lujuusaineen käyttö paperin, kartongin tai vastaavan lujuusominaisuuksien parantamiseksi.

Patenttivaatimuksen 11 mukainen käyttö, tunnettu siitä, että lujuusainetta lisätään massaan sellaisena määränä, että ensimmäisen komponentin annos on alueella 0,1—10 painoprosenttia, edullisesti 0,5—8 painoprosenttia, edullisemmin 1,5—6 painoprosenttia, ja toisen komponentin annos on alueella 0,02—0,5 painoprosenttia, edullisesti 0,07—0,4 painoprosenttia, edullisemmin 0,12—0,25 paino30 prosenttia, laskettuna suhteessa kuivaan kuitumassaan.
  13. 13. Menetelmä paperin, kartongin tai vastaavan lujuusominaisuuksien parantamiseksi, joka menetelmä käsittää
    - kuitumassan saamisen,
    -jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 1—10 mukaisen lujuusaineen lisäämisen kuitumassaan.

  14. 14. Patenttivaatimuksen 13 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että kuitumassa käsittää mineraalitäyteainetta.
  15. 15. Patenttivaatimuksen 13 tai 14 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että lujuusainetta lisätään sakeaan kuitumassaan, jonka sakeus on ainakin 20 g/l, edullisesti
    10 suurempi kuin 25 g/l, edullisemmin suurempi kuin 30 g/l.
