Claims (13)

  1. Patenttivaatimukset
    1. Yksi tai useampi tietokoneluettava media tunnettu siitä, että on ohjeet, jotka tullessaan suoritetuiksi saavat verkkohallinnan, NM, laitteiston (202):
    5 vastaanottamaan ensimmäisen raportin, jossa on yksi tai useampia mittauksia, jotka on otettu ensimmäisellä käyttäjälaitteella, UE (214-220), vasteena tapahtumalle, joka liittyy ensimmäisen UE:n ohjaukseen ensimmäisen RAT:n ja toisen ensimmäisestä RAT:sta eroavan RAT:n välillä;
    vastaanottamaan toisen raportin, jossa on yksi tai useampia mittauk10 siä, jotka on otettu toisella UE:Ila vasteena tapahtumaan, joka liittyy toisen UE:n ohjaukseen ensimmäisen RAT:n ja kolmannen ensimmäisestä RAT:sta eroavan RAT:n välillä;
    korreloimaan toisen raportin ensimmäisen raportin kanssa; määrittämään aukon ensimmäisen RAT:n peittoalueessa vähintään
    15 osittain korrelaation perusteella; ja lähettämään käskyn yhdelle tai useammalle kehitetylle solmu B:Ile eNB (208-212), joka liittyy aukkoon peittoalueessa yhteen tai useampaan eNB:hen liittyvien solujen yhden tai useamman palveluparametrin säätämiseksi, missä yhdessä tai useammassa palveluparametrissa on solun koko tai solun muoto.
  2. 2. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen yksi tai useampi tietokoneluettava media tunnettu siitä, että:
    ensimmäinen RAT on E-UTRA-teknologia; ja/tai kukin toisesta ja kolmannesta RAT:sta on UTRA-teknologia tai globaali
    25 järjestelmä mobiilin viestinnän paranneltua datanopeutta varten GERAteknologiassa.
  3. 3. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen yksi tai useampi tietokoneluettava media tunnettu siitä, että ensimmäisen UE:n (214-220) ohjaus ensimmäisen RAT:n ja toisen
    30 RAT:n välillä on ensimmäisen UE:n ohjaus ensimmäisen E-UTRAN-solun ja toisen RAT:n välillä, ja toisen UE:n ohjaus ensimmäisen RAT:n ja kolmannen RAT:n välillä on toisen UE:n ohjaus toisen E-UTRAN-solun ja kolmannen RAT:n välillä, missä toinen E-UTRAN-solu eroaa ensimmäisestä E-UTRAN-solusta.

  4. 4. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen yksi tai useampi tietokoneluettava media tunnettu siitä, että ensimmäiseen raporttiin sisältyvissä yhdessä tai useammassa mittauksessa on yksi tai useampi RSRP, RSRQ, ensimmäisessä RAT:ssa ensimmäiselle UE:lle (214-220) toimineen solun määrittelijä, paikkatietoja aikaleima, joka vastaa

    5. Kehitetty solmu B, eNB (208-212), joka liittyy ensimmäiseen RAT:iin, tunnettu siitä, että eNB:ssä on:

    10 jolle eNB toimii, ensimmäisen käskyn UE:n ohjaamiseksi toiselle RAT:lle, joka on eri kuin ensimmäinen RAT;
    vastaanottopiiri (222):
    vastaanottamaan UE:ltä vastauksena ensimmäiseen käskyyn yhden tai useampia mittauksia, jotka UE on ottanut ja jotka vas15 taavat solun reunojen läheisyyden olosuhteita, ja vastaanottamaan DM-laitteistolta (204) tai NMlaitteistolta (202) toisen käskyn eNB: n solu peittoa lueen yhden tai useamman palveluparametrin säätämiseksi, missä yhdessä tai useammassa palveluparametrissa on peittoalueen koko tai peittoalueen muoto; ja
    20 toinen lähetyspiiri (232) lähettämään DM-laitteistolle tai NM-laitteistolle (202) raportin, jossa on yksi tai useampia mittauksia käytettäväksi peittoaukkojen (106) määrittämisessä ensimmäisessä RAT:ssa, missä toinen käsky perustuu raportin korrelaatioon toiselta eNB:Itä tulevan toisen raportin kanssa.

  6. 6. Patenttivaatimuksen 5 mukainen eNB tunnettu siitä, että toisessa RAT:ssa on
    UTRA-teknologia tai globaali järjestelmä mobiilin viestinnän paranneltua datanopeutta varten GERA-teknologiassa; ja/tai
    UE (214-220) ottaa yhden tai useampia mittauksia vasteena käskyn vastaanottamiseen UE:ssa; ja/tai
    30 UE (214-220) ottaa yhden tai useampia mittauksia ennen käskyn vastaanottamista UE:ssa.
  7. 7. Patenttivaatimusten 5 tai 6 mukainen eNB tunnettu siitä, että ensimmäinen lähetyspiiri (228) on lisäksi tarkoitettu:
    20135774 prh 20 -11- 2017 lähettämään UE:lle (214-220) parametreja, joita vastaavasti UE:n on tarkoitus ottaa mittauksia solun reunojen läheisyyden olosuhteita vastaavasti.
  8. 8. Laitteisto implementoitavaksi verkkohaninnan, NM, laskentalaitteessa tunnettu
    5 siitä, että laitteistossa on:
    vastaanottopiiri (222) vastaanottamaan raportin, jossa on yksi tai useampia mittauksia, jotka on otettu ensimmäisellä käyttäjälaitteella, UE (214-220), vasteena tapahtumalle, joka liittyy ensimmäisen UE:n ohjaukseen ensimmäisen RAT: n ja toisen ensimmäisestä RAT:sta eroavan RAT:n välillä;
  9. 10 peittoanalyysipiiri (224):
    korreloimaan raportin useiden muiden raporttien kanssa, mitkä useat muut UE:t tuottavat, missä ensimmäinen joukko useista muista raporteista perustuu tapahtumien ohjaukseen ensimmäisen RAT:n ja toisen RAT: n välillä ja toinen RAT ja toinen joukko useista muista raporteista

  12. 25 9. Patenttivaatimuksen 8 mukainen laitteisto, missä ensimmäinen RAT ja toinen ensimmäinen RAT ovat E-UTRA-teknologia-RAT:eja, ja toinen RAT ja kolmas RAT ovat UTRA-teknologia tai globaali järjestelmä mobiilin viestinnän paranneltua datanopeutta varten GERA-teknologiassa.

Patenttivaatimuksen 8 mukainen laitteisto, missä raportissa ja kussakin useista muista raporteista on yksi tai useampi RSRP, RSRQ, ensimmäisessä RAT:ssa ensimmäiselle UE:lle (214-220) toimineen solun määrittelijä, paikkatietoja aikaleima, joka vastaa ohjaukseen liittyvän tapahtuman aikaa.
