Claims (18)

  1. PATENTTIVAATIMUKSET
    1. Dieselpolttoaineseos käsittäen seoksen uusiutuvaa polttoainetta ja mineraalikeskitislepolttoainetta, jossa seoksessa uusiutuva polttoaine ja
    5 mineraalikeskitislepolttoaine ovat läsnä tilavuusmäärien suhteessa 10:90-90:10 ja dieselpolttoaineseos sisältää 10-25 paino-% n-parafiineja C14-C20 alueella ja määrän isoparafiineja C14-C20 alueella siten, että C14-20 alueen isoparafiinien painoprosenttimäärien summa suhteessa C14-C20 alueen n-parafiinien painoprosenttimäärien summaan on vähemmän kuin 2,2.
  2. 2. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen dieselpolttoaineseos, jossa uusiutuvan polttoaineen ja mineraalikeskitislepolttoaineen samepisteet eivät eroa toisistaan enempää kuin 17 °C, edullisesti eivät enempää kuin 13 °C.

  3. 3. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 tai 2 mukainen dieselpolttoaineseos, jossa C14-20 alueen isoparafiinien painoprosenttimäärien summa suhteessa C14-C20 alueen nparafiinien painoprosenttimäärien summaan on alueella 1,1-2,2.
  4. 4. Minkä tahansa edeltävän patenttivaatimuksen mukainen
    20 dieselpolttoaineseos, jossa dieselpolttoaineseoksessa on 22 paino-% - 55 paino-% isoparafiineja C14-C20 alueella.
  5. 5. Minkä tahansa edeltävän patenttivaatimuksen mukainen dieselpolttoaineseos, jossa mineraalikeskitislepolttoaine on johdettu lähteistä, jotka
    25 on valittu raakaöljystä, liuskeöljystä ja niiden yhdistelmistä.

  7. 7. Minkä tahansa edeltävän patenttivaatimuksen mukainen dieselpolttoaineseos, jossa uusiutuvan polttoaineen tuoresyöttö on valittu kasviöljyistä/-rasvoista, eläinrasvoista/-öljyistä, kalarasvoista/-öljyistä, geenimanipulaation avulla jalostettujen kasvien sisältämistä rasvoista,

  8. 8. Minkä tahansa edeltävän patenttivaatimuksen mukainen dieselpolttoaineseos, jossa uusiutuva polttoaine ja mineraalikeskitislepolttoaine
    5 ovat läsnä tilavuusmäärien suhteessa 20:80-80:20.
  9. 9. Minkä tahansa edeltävän patenttivaatimuksen mukainen dieselpolttoaineseos, jossa uusiutuvan polttoaineen isomerointisuhde on ainakin 50%, edullisesti 50-69%, edullisemmin ainakin 60% ja edullisimmin 60-69%.
  10. 10. Menetelmä kylmäominaisuuksiltaan parannetun dieselpolttoineseoksen valmistamiseksi, jossa menetelmässä:
    a) valitaan uusiutuva polttoaine ja mineraalikeskitislepolttoaine joiden samepisteet eivät eroa enempää kuin 17 °C, edullisesti eivät enempää kuin
    15 13 °C; ja
    b) sekoitetaan uusiutuvaa polttoainetta ja mineraalikeskitislepolttoainetta tilavuusmäärien suhteessa 10:90-90:10 muodostamaan dieselpolttoaineseos, jolloin dieselpolttoaine seos sisältää 10-25 paino-% n-parafiineja C14-C20 alueella 20 ja määrän isoparafiineja C14-C20 alueella siten, että C14-20 alueen isoparafiinien painoprosenttimäärien summa suhteessa C14-C20 alueen n-parafiinien painoprosenttimäärien summaan on vähemmän kuin 2,2; ja dieselpolttoaineseoksella on samepiste, joka on alhaisempi kuin mineraalikeskitislepolttoaineen ja uusiutuvan polttoaineen samapisteiden painotettu
    25 keskiarvo.
  11. 11. Patenttivaatimuksen 10 mukainen menetelmä, jossa dieselpolttoaineseoksessa C14-20 alueen isoparafiinien painoprosenttimäärien summa suhteessa C14-C20 alueen n-parafiinien painoprosenttimäärien summaan

  12. 12. Minkä tahansa patenttivaatimuksen 10 tai 11 mukainen menetelmä, jossa dieselpolttoaineseoksessa on 22 paino-% - 55 paino-% isoparafiineja C14-C20

    5 eläinrasvoista/-öljyistä, kalarasvoista/-öljyistä, geenimanipulaation avulla jalostettujen kasvien sisältämistä rasvoista, ruokateollisuuden kierrätetyistä rasvoista ja niiden yhdistelmistä.
  14. 14. Minkä tahansa patenttivaatimuksen 10-13 mukainen menetelmä, jossa 10 uusiutuvan polttoaineen isomerointisuhde on ainakin 50%, edullisesti 50-69%, edullisemmin ainakin 60% ja edullisimmin 60-69%.
  15. 15. Minkä tahansa patenttivaatimuksen 10-14 mukainen menetelmä, jossa dieselpolttoaineseoksen samepiste on alhaisempi kuin
    15 mineraalikeskitislepolttoaineen samepiste.
  16. 16. Minkä tahansa patenttivaatimuksen 10-14 mukainen menetelmä, jossa dieselpolttoaineseoksen samepiste on alhaisempi kuin uusiutuvan polttoaineen samepiste.
  17. 17. Uusiutuvan polttoaineen käyttö mineraalikeskitislepolttoaineen samepisteen alentamiseksi, jossa käytössä (a) määritetään mineraalikeskitislepolttoaineen samepiste;
    (b) valitaan uusiutuva polttoaine, jolla on seuraavat ominaisuudet:
    25 (i) samepiste, joka ei eroa enempää kuin 17 °C mineraalikeskitislepolttoaineen samepisteestä;
    (ii) määrä n-parafiineja, joka on riittävä tarjoamaan dieselpolttoaineseoksen, joka sisältää 10-25 paino-% n-parafiineja C14-C20 alueella, kun uusiutuva polttoaine on sekoitettu mineraalikeskitislepolttoaineen kanssa; ja
    30 (iii) määrä isoparafiineja C14-C20 alueella, joka on riittävä tarjoamaan dieselpolttoaineseoksen, jossa C14-20 alueen isoparafiinien painoprosenttimäärien summa suhteessa C14-C20 alueen n-parafiinien painoprosenttimäärien summaan on alueella 1,1-2, kun uusiutuva polttoaine on sekoitettu mineraalikeskitislepolttoaineen kanssa; ja (c) sekoitetaan uusiutuva polttoaine mineraalikeskitislepolttoaineen kanssa tilavuusmäärien suhteessa 10:90-90:10 muodostamaan dieselpolttoaineseos, jonka samepiste on alhaisempi kuin mineraalikeskitislepolttoaineen samepiste.
  18. 18. Mineraalikeskitislepolttoaineen käyttö uusiutuvan polttoaineen samepisteen alentamiseksi, jossa käytössä (a) määritetään uusiutuvan polttoaineen samepiste;
    (b) valitaan mineraalikeskitislepolttoaine, jolla on seuraavat ominaisuudet:
    (i) samepiste, joka ei eroa enempää kuin 17 °C uusiutuvan polttoaineen samepisteestä;
    (ii) määrä n-parafiineja, joka on riittävä tarjoamaan dieselpolttoaineseoksen, joka sisältää 10-25 paino-% n-parafiineja C14-C20 alueella kun uusiutuva polttoaine on sekoitettu mineraalikeskitislepolttoaineen kanssa; ja (iii) määrä isoparafiineja C14-C20 alueella, joka on riittävä tarjoamaan dieselpolttoaineseoksen, jossa C14-20 alueen isoparafiinien painoprosenttimäärien summa suhteessa C14-C20 alueen n-parafiinien painoprosenttimäärien summaan on alueella 1,1-2, kun uusiutuva polttoaine on sekoitettu mineraalikeskitislepolttoaineen kanssa; ja (c) sekoitetaan uusiutuva polttoaine mineraalikeskitislepolttoaineen kanssa tilavuusmäärien suhteessa 10:90-90:10 muodostamaan dieselpolttoaineseos, jonka samepiste on alhaisempi kuin uusiutuvan polttoaineen samepiste.
