Abstract
Tässä kuvataan menetelmä metallin uuttamisen kinetiikan ja talteenoton parantamiseksi metallisulfidien ilmanpaineisen tai olennaisesti
ilmanpaineisen uuttamisen aikana. Joissakin sovellutusmuodoissa menetelmä saattaa käsittää vaiheen, jossa pelkistävästi aktivoidun
metallisulfidirikasteen tuottamiseksi käsitellään metallisulfidirikastetta pelkistävässä aktivointipiirissä (220), joka toimii ensimmäisessä
redox-potentiaalissa. Menetelmään voi edelleen kuulua vaihe, jossa seuraavaksi käsitellään aktivoitu metallisulfidirikaste
hapettavassa uuttopiirissä (240) metalliarvojen talteenottamiseksi. Joissakin kuvatuissa sovellutusmuodoissa pelkistävissä
aktivointivaiheissa ja/tai hapettavissa liuotusvaiheissa saatetaan käyttää mekaaniskemiallista ja/tai fysikaaliskemiallista hiukkasten tai
niiden agglomeraattien käsittelyä. Pelkistävä aktivointi voidaan tehdä ennen pinouuttamis- tai biouuttamistoimenpiteitä metallien
talteenoton parantamiseksi. Myös järjestelmät edellä mainittujen menetelmien suorittamiseksi kuvataan.
Claims (2)
- PATENTTIVAATIMUKSETPatenttivaatimusten kohteena on:1. Metallisulfidien uuttamispiiri (200), jossa on pelkistävä aktivointipiiri (220), tunnettu siitä, että pelkistävä aktivointipiiri (220) on sovitettu saamaan aikaan5 saannoltaan alhaisia metateesireaktioita, jotka pystyvät tuottamaan rautaköyhän metavakaan faasin metallisulfidien uuttohiukkasille, jossa pelkistävä aktivointipiiri (220) on sovitettu sellaiseksi, että saannoltaan alhaiset metateesireaktiot tuottavat rautaköyhän metavakaan vaiheen metallisulfidiuuttohiukkasten ulkopintaosuuksille.
- 2. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen metallisulfidin uuttopiiri (200), jossa pelkistävä10 aktivointipiiri (220) on sovitettu sellaiseksi, että saannoltaan alhaiset metateesireaktiot tuottavat rautaköyhän metavakaan faasin metallisulfidiuuttohiukkasten sisäosuuksiin, jotka ovat metallisulfidiuuttohiukkasten ulkopintaosuuksien alla.
