Claims (13)
1. Laite, joka soveltuu höyrymäisen vetyperoksidin (H2O2) tuottamiseen, joka laite sisältää säiliön (1) nestemäisen vetyperoksidiliuoksen (H2O2) sisällyttämiseen, jossa säiliössä (1) on aukko, tunnettu siitä, että se sisältää lisäksi lämpötilakontrolloidun kantaja-kaasu s yöttimen (2) sähköisen kaasupuhaltimen muodossa ja kuitumaisen kapillaarisen kuljettimen (3), joka pystyy vetämään nestettä ylöspäin.
2. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen laite, joka sisältää välineet (4) kantajakaasusyöttimen (2) lämpötilan säätämiseen.
3. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 tai 2 mukainen laite, joka sisältää välineet (5) kantajakaasusyöttimen (2) kaasuvirtauksen säätämiseen.
4. .Tonkin edellisen patenttivaatimuksen mukainen laite, jossa kantajakaasusyötin (2) on yhdistetty säiliöön (1) niin, että kantajakaasu voidaan puhaltaa säiliöön (1) sen aukon alapuolelta, edullisemmin kohdasta, joka sijaitsee 1/3-1/8 etäisyydestä säiliön (1) aukosta säiliön (1) pohjaan.
5. .Tonkin edellisen patenttivaatimuksen mukainen laite, jossa kapillaarinen kuljetin (3) on tehty lasikuidusta.
6. Tonkin edellisen patenttivaatimuksen mukainen laite, jossa kapillaarinen kuljetin (3) on oleellisesti litteä, sen leveys on pienempi kuin säiliön (1) aukon halkaisija, ja sen pituus ulottuu säiliön (1) aukosta säiliön (1) pohjaan, jolloin kapillaarisen kuljettimen (3) toinen pää voidaan upottaa nesteeseen, kun toinen pää pidetään säiliön (1) aukon kohdalla.
7. Tonkin edellisen patenttivaatimuksen mukainen laite, joka sisältää välineet (6) kapillaarisen kuljettimen (3) pitämiseen säiliön (1) aukon kohdalla.
8. Menetelmä höyrymäisen vetyperoksidin (H2O2) tuottamiseen, joka sisältää säiliön (1) tarjoamisen vetyperoksidiliuoksen pitämiseen, menetelmän ollessa tunnettu siitä, että vetyperoksidi vedetään kapillaariseen kuljettimeen (3), jolloin kapillaarinen kuljetin (3) on oleellisesti kyllästetty liuoksella, ja kantajakaasu puhalletaan sen päälle vetyperoksidin höyrystämiseksi.
9. Patenttivaatimuksen 8 mukainen menetelmä, jossa kapillaarinen kuljetin (3) valitaan litteistä lasikuituisista kapillaarisista kuljettimista (3).
10. Patenttivaatimuksen 8 tai 9 mukainen menetelmä, jossa kantajakaasu valitaan joukosta, jonka muodostavat ilma, typpi ja argon, tai jokin näiden seos.
11. .Tonkin patenttivaatimuksen 8-10 mukainen menetelmä, jossa kapillaariseen kuljetti-meen (3) puhalletun kantajakaasun lämpötila on säädetty lämpötilaan < 100 °C, edullisesti 40-90 °C.
12. .Tonkin patenttivaatimuksen 8-11 mukainen menetelmä, jossa kapillaariseen kuljetti-meen (3) puhalletun kaasun virtausnopeus on säädetty tasolle 120-200 1/min.
13. Tonkin patenttivaatimuksen 1-7 mukaisen laitteen tai jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 8-12 mukaisen menetelmän käyttö desinfiointitarkoituksiin sairaaloissa, elintarviketeollisuudessa, tai kuljetusvälineissä tai -säiliöissä, puolustus- tai turvallisuusaloilla.
