Claims (12)
1. Menetelmä selluloosan katalyyttiseksi hapettamiseksi käyttämällä katalyyttinä heterosyklistä n itroksyy I i rad i kaa I i a, happilähteenä toimivaa päähapetinta ja heterosyklisen nitroksyyliradikaalin aktivaationa, tunnettu siitä, että menetelmä käsittää - erillisen heterosyklinen nitroksyyliradikaalin esiaktivointivaiheen, jossa se aktivoidaan aktivoiduksi katalyytiksi hypokloriitin avulla ennen selluloosan hapetusvaihetta, ja erillisen esiaktivointivaiheen jälkeen - selluloosan hapetusvaiheen, jossa käytetään aktivoitua katalyyttia ja pää-hapettimena hypokloriittia selluloosan hapettamiseksi haluttuun hapetusasteeseen, jolloin hypokloriitin annostus selluloosaan on 1,7-5 mmol / g massaa, edullisesti 2,2-2,7 mmol / g massaa.
2. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että esiakti-vointivaihe suoritetaan reaktioväliaineessa selluloosan poissaollessa.
3. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 tai 2 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että esi-aktivointivaiheessa pH on alle 9, edullisesti 6-8, edullisimmin 6,5-7,5.
4. Jonkin edellisen patenttivaatimuksen mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että selluloosan hapetusvaiheessa selluloosa hapetetaan katalyyttisesti käyttämällä päähapetinta ja aktivoitua katalyyttiä pH:ssa 7-10, edullisesti 8-9,5.
5. Jonkin edellisen patenttivaatimuksen mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että massan alkusakeus selluloosan hapetusvaiheessa on yli 6 %, erityisesti yli 6 % ja enintään 12 %, edullisesti välillä 8-12 %.
6. Jonkin edellisen patenttivaatimuksen mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että selluloosan hapetusvaiheessa selluloosa hapetetaan bromidin tai jodidin poissaollessa.
7. Jonkin edellisen patenttivaatimuksen mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että selluloosan hapetusvaiheen jälkeen selluloosan aldehydiryhmiä hapetetaan karboksyyliryhmiksi toisessa, täydentävässä hapetusvaiheessa.
8. Jonkin edellisen patenttivaatimuksen mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että selluloosa hapetetaan tasolle 0,5-1,4 mmol COOH / g massaa, edullisesti 0,5-1,1 mmol COOH / g massaa, edullisemmin 0,6-0,95 mmol COOH / g massaa.
9. Jonkin edellisen patenttivaatimuksen mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että selluloosa, jolle tehdään selluloosan hapetusvaiheessa katalyyttinen hapetus, on kuituraaka-aineessa, erityisesti kasvimateriaalista saaduissa kuiduissa olevaa selluloosaa.
10. Menetelmä selluloosatuotteen valmistamiseksi, jossa menetelmässä - tehdään kuitulähtöaineelle, erityisesti kasviraaka-aineesta saaduille kuiduille, selluloosan hapetusvaiheessa katalyyttinen hapetus jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 1-8 mukaisella menetelmällä hapetetun kuitumateriaalin saamiseksi, ja - hajotetaan hapetettu kuituraaka-aine.
11. Patenttivaatimuksen 10 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että hapetettu kuituraaka-aine hajotetaan nanofibrilliselluloosaksi (NFC).
12. Patenttivaatimuksen 11 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että nano-fibrilliselluloosa on oleellisesti kiteistä siten, että sen kiteisyysaste on ainakin 55%, ja se on edullisesti valmistettu kasvimateriaalista.
