Claims (5)

1. Menetelmä betonituotteiden valamiseksi, jossa menetelmässä betonituotteet valetaan kiertomuottilinjavaluprosessilla (1, 1’), missä muottipöytiä (31, 31’, 31”) siirretään työasemasta toiseen, ja jossa kiertomuottilinjavaluproses-sissa useampia valumuotteja muodostetaan ja varustellaan muottipöydälle, tunnettu siitä, että valettavien tuotteiden muotit jaetaan eri muottipöydille (31, 31’, 31”) siten, että yksittäisellä muottipöydällä olevien muottien kokonais-kompleksisuuden erot minimoidaan muottipöytien välillä, ja muotin kompleksisuus määritetään ainakin muotin muodostamisessa muottipöydälle (31, 31’, 31 ”) käytettävien laitaelementtien lukumäärän ja muotissa olevien aukkojen lukumäärän sekä tarvittavien raudoitusta ja muiden työvaiheiden muotin muodostamiseen ja varusteluun ennen valua perusteella.
2. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen menetelmä, jossa aikaisemmin kerättyä dataa työajoista kiertomuottilinjavaluprosessin (1, 1’) eri työasemilla eri muoteille ja muottipöydille (31, 31’, 31”) käytetään muotin ja muottipöydän kompleksisuuden määrittämiseen.
3. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 tai 2 mukainen menetelmä, jossa muottien lukumäärä yksittäisellä muottipöydällä (31,31’, 31”) voi vaihdella muottipöytien välillä.
4. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksista 1 -3 mukainen menetelmä, jossa kiertomuot-tilinjavaluprosessia (1, 1’) ohjataan automaattisella ohjausjärjestelmällä, joka automaattinen ohjausjärjestelmä määrittää muotin kompleksisuuden ja jakaa valettavien tuotteiden muotit muottipöydille (31,31’, 31”).
5. Patenttivaatimuksen 4 mukainen menetelmä, jossa automaattinen ohjausjärjestelmä määrittää muotin kompleksisuuden valettavan tuotteen sähköisistä malleista.
