Claims (7)

1. Ytmonterbart husteknikelement, vilket innefattar - en stomdel (12), - en lockdel (16) anordnad att fästas vid stomdelen (12) för att försluta husteknikelementet (10), och inuti vilket husteknikelement (10) det kan anordnas avlånga kroppar (14), och där - lockdelen (16) innefattar på husteknikelementets (10) kanter i längdriktningen anordnade falsar (20), - det nämnda husteknikelementet (10) innefattar magnetfäs-te (30) för fästande av lockdelen (16) vid stomdelen (12), vilket är anordnat i anslutning till minst en kant av stomdelen (12) och/eller lockdelen (16) på ytor som kan ställas mot varandra, kännetecknat av att - lockdelen (16) innefattar en mellan falsarna (20) anordnad hsuteknikelementets (10) längsgående hörndel (48) för förstyvning av lockdelen (16), - husteknikelementet (10) är delat i en stomdel (12) och en lockdel (16) vid sin diagonals genomskärning (80).
2. Husteknikelement enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknat av att det till minst en kant av stomdelen (12) har anordnats en ansatsyta (28) för lockdelens (16) magnetfäste (30).
3. Husteknikelement enligt patentkrav 1 eller 2, kännetecknat av att falsarna (20) har anordnats att låsa lockdelen (16) bakom stomdelen (12) när husteknikelementet (10) är monterat på sitt monteringsställe (100) .
4. Husteknikelement enligt något av patentkraven 1-3, kännetecknat av att husteknikelementet (10) vidare innefattar på stomdelen (12) anordnade fästanordningar (22) för fästande av avlånga kroppar (14) vid husbyggnadselementet (10), vilka fästanordningar (22) innefattar minst ett skenfäste (24) med minst ett fäste (26), med vilket platsen för den avlånga kropp (14) som skall fästas har anordnats att kunna förändras i åtminstone en riktning.
5. Husteknikelement enligt något av patentkraven 1-4, kännetecknat av att magnetfästet (30) innefattar minst en formation utformad av magnetband (32), vilken har en limyta (34) för fästande av magnetbandet (32).
6. Ytmonterbart husteknikelementsystem, kännetecknat av att systemet innefattar - minst två husteknikelement (10) enligt något av patentkraven 1-5, vilka kan kopplas vid varandra med en expan-sionsfog (36), - en foglist (38) med magnetfäste, vilken är anordnad på expansionsfogen (36) för att täcka fogen mellan hustekni-kelementen (10).
7. Användningen av ett husteknikelement (10) enligt något av patentkraven 1-5 vid nybyggnad eller byggnadsrenovering.
