Claims (54)
1. Menetelmä rakenteeltaan kaksiseinämäisen levymäisen rakenteen valmistamiseksi termoplastisesta materiaalista Jonka menetelmän mukaan - järjestetään joukko pituussuuntaisia, keskiakseliltaan olennaisesti suoria profiileja (1-6; 21, 23, 25-28; 31-36; 41-46) toistensa päälle siten, että viereiset putkiprofiilit ovat toisiaan vasten ja muodostavat yhdessä yleisesti tasaisen pinon, jolla on kaksi vastakkaista puoltaja - putkiprofiilit hitsataan yhteen liittämällä putkiprofiilit toisiinsa hitsi saumoilla (12; 24, 29; 47), tunnettu siitä, että hitsaaminen tehdään olennaisesti samanaikaisesti pinon kummallakin puolella ekstruusiohitsauksena putkipinon vastakkaisille puolille sovitettujen ja sulan termoplastisen materiaalin lähteeseen (7-10) kytkettyjen hitsaussuuttimien (11, 13. avulla.
2. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että sama sauma (12) hitsataan samanaikaisesti kummaltakin puolelta.
3. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 tai 2 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että hitsaus tehdään samalla termoplastisella materiaalilla, josta putkiprofiilit muodostuvat.
4. Jonkin edellä olevan patenttivaatimuksen mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että pino on järjestetty pystyasentoon.
5. Jonkin edellä olevan patenttivaatimuksen mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että hitsaus tehdään kiinteästi asennetuilla hitsaussuuttimilla siirtämällä pinoa pituussuunnassa tai siirtämällä pinoa pysty- tai vaakasuunnassa.
6. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 1-4 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että hitsaus tehdään liikkuviksi muodostetuilla hitsaussuuttimilla, joita siirretään pituussuunnassa pitkin pinoa.
7. Jonkin edellä olevan patenttivaatimuksen mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että hitsaus tehdään kiinteästi asennetuilla hitsaussuuttimilla siirtämällä pinoa pituussuunnassa.
8. Jonkin edellä olevan patenttivaatimuksen mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että hitsaus tehdään pituussuuntaisesti, jolloin hitsauskohtaa siirretään ylöspäin pitkin pinoa kunkin hitsisauman päättämisen jälkeen.
9. Jonkin edellä olevan patenttivaatimuksen mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että putkiprofiilien pino puristetaan tilapäisesti yhteen kaksiseinämäiseksi rakenteeksi ennen hitsauksen alkua.
10. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 1-9 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että putkiprofiilien pino on järjestetty telineeseen.
11. Jonkin edellä olevan patenttivaatimuksen mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että siinä käytetään reikäprofiileja putkiprofiileina, edullisesti yksi- tai monikerroksisesta termoplastisesta materiaalista valmistettuja reikäprofiileja (1 - 6, 21, 23, 25 - 27; 31 - 36; 41 - 46).
12. Patenttivaatimuksen 11 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että käytetään putkiprofiileja (1-6; 21, 23, 25-28; 31-36; 41-46), joiden poikkileikkaus on pääasiassa nelikulmainen, jolloin putkiprofiilien toisiaan kohti olevat sivut muodostavat vähintään 1/10 putkiprofiilien vaipan pinta-alasta.
13. Jonkin edellä olevan patenttivaatimuksen mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että valmistetaan yksittäisiä suoria tai taivutettuja levymäisiä rakenteita kaksi seinämäi Sten rakenteiden muodossa.
14. Patenttivaatimuksen 13 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että valmistetaan suora levy, joka taivutetaan siten, että siitä tulee muodoltaan taivutettu, ja se kiinnitetään.
15. Jonkin edellä olevan patenttivaatimuksen mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että valmistetaan hitsisauma (12; 24, 29), joka yhdessä putkiprofiilin sivun (21, 23, 25 - 28) kanssa muodostaa olennaisesti tasaisen ja sileän pinnan levylle.
16. Jonkin edellä olevan patenttivaatimuksen mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että valmistetaan levymäinen rakenne (1-6; 31-36; 41-46), jossa on kaksi olennaisesti samansuuntaista, sileää pintaa.
17. Jonkin edellä olevan patenttivaatimuksen mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että valmistetaan levymäinen rakenne, jossa kaikki putkiprofiilit (1-6 ; 31-36; 41-46) ovat keskenään samanlaisia.
18. Jonkin edellä olevan patenttivaatimuksen mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että valmistetaan levymäinen rakenne (23, 25-28), jossa osa putkiprofiileista (28) on poikkileikkaukseltaan erilaisia, mitoiltaan erilaisia tai molempia.
19. Jonkin edellä olevan patenttivaatimuksen mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että valmistetaan jäykkä muovilevy.
20. Patenttivaatimuksen 19 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että levy on itsekantava poikki suunnassa putkiprofiilien keskiakseleihin nähden enintään 5 000 mm leveyteen asti ja keskiakselien suunnassa enintään 20 000 mm asti.
21. Jonkin edellä olevan patenttivaatimuksen mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että levyt muodostuvat 2-100, erityisesti 3-40 samansuuntaisesti järjestetystä reikäprofiilista (1-6 ; 21, 23, 25-27; 31-36; 41-46).
22. Keskiakseleiltaan olennaisesti suorien pitkänomaisten putkiprofiilien (1-6; 21, 23, 25-2 8; 31-36; 41-46) joukosta muodostuva muovilevy, jotka putkiprofiilit ovat toisiaan vasten ja muodostavat yhdessä jäykän levyn, tunnettu siitä, että levy on valmistettu patenttivaatimusten 1-21 mukaisella menetelmällä.
23. Patenttivaatimuksen 22 mukaisen muovilevyn käyttö materiaalina koottujen rakenteiden valmistuksessa.
24. Patenttivaatimuksen 23 mukainen käyttö, tunnettu siitä, että muovilevy leikataan etukäteen määritettyihin mittoihin ennen kootun rakenteen valmistamista.
25. Patenttivaatimuksen 23 tai 24 mukainen käyttö, tunnettu siitä, että jäykkää muovilevyä käytetään yhteen liitettyjen yksittäisten muovilevyjen joukosta muodostuvien tasaisten pintojen muodostamiseen.
26. Patenttivaatimuksen 25 mukaisen levyn käyttö seinäpintana yhdyskuntarakentamisessa, erityisesti meluseinämänä.
27. Patenttivaatimuksen 22 mukaisen levyn käyttö ääntä vaimentavana pintana.
