Claims (15)

1. Kolmiulotteinen rakenne, joka muodostaa avoimen tai suljetun tilan ja joka käsittää vähintään yhden jäykän levyn, joka muodostaa tilaan vähintään yhden seinämän, jolla levyllä on kaksoisseinämärakenne ja se muodostuu pitkänomaisista reikäprofiileista (1-6, 21, 23, 25-27; 31-36; 41-46), joilla on olennaisesti suorat ja samansuuntaiset keskiakselit ja jotka sijaitsevat toistensa vieressä ja jotka on liitetty toisiinsa kaksoisseinämärakenteen muodostamiseksi, jolloin levy muodostuu termoplastisesta materiaalista valmistetusta putkiprofiileista (1-6; 21, 23, 25-27; 31-35; 41-46), jotka on liitetty hitsaamalla siten, että putkiprofiilit on hitsattu kiinni toisiinsa, tunnettu siitä, että putkiprofiilien (1-6; 21, 23, 25-27; 31-36; 41-46) poikkileikkaus on olennaisesti nelikulmainen ja putkiprofiilien toisiaan kohti olevat sivut muodostavat vähintään 1/10 putkiprofiilien vaipan pinnasta.
2. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen rakenne, tunnettu siitä, että levy on olennaisesti tasainen tai kaareva.
3. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 tai 2 mukainen rakenne, tunnettu siitä, että rakenne käsittää vähintään kaksi jäykkää levyä, jotka on liitetty toisiinsa nähden vastakkain kulmittain.
4. Jonkin edellä olevan patenttivaatimuksen mukainen rakenne, tunnettu siitä, että levyissä on vähintään yksi olennaisesti tasomainen pinta, joka on samansuuntainen putkiprofiilien (1-6; 21, 23, 25-27; 31-35; 41-46) keskiakselien kanssa.
5. Jonkin edellä olevan patenttivaatimuksen mukainen rakenne, tunnettu siitä, että levyt muodostuvat 2-100, erityisesti 3-40 samansuuntaisesti järjestetystä reikäprofiilista (1-6; 21, 23, 25-27; 31-35; 41-46).
6. Jonkin edellä olevan patenttivaatimuksen mukainen rakenne, tunnettu siitä, että reikäprofiilit muodostuvat yksi- tai monikerroksisesta termoplastisesta materiaalista valmistetuista putkiprofiileista (1-6; 21, 23, 25-27; 31-35; 41-46).
7. Jonkin edellä olevan patenttivaatimuksen mukainen rakenne, tunnettu siitä, että putkiprofiilien (1-6; 21, 23, 25-27; 31-35; 41-46) poikkileikkaus on nelikulmainen ja jonka leveyden ja korkeuden suhde on 1:1-1:10, jolloin putken seinämän pienimmän paksuuden ja putkiprofiilin poikkileikkauksen korkeuden välinen suhde erityisesti on noin 1:100-1:4, erityisesti noin 1:50-1:5.
8. Jonkin edellä olevan patenttivaatimuksen mukainen rakenne, tunnettu siitä, että vähintään osa putkiprofiileista on vahvistettu pituussuuntaisilla laipoilla, erityisesti niissä on yksi tai useita pituussuuntaisia laippoja putkiprofiilin sisä- tai ulkopuolella tai molemmilla puolilla.
9. Jonkin edellä olevan patenttivaatimuksen mukainen rakenne, tunnettu siitä, että putkiprofiilit on valmistettu termoplastisesta materiaalista, jolloin mahdolliset laippavahvistukset on muodostettu samasta materiaalista.
10. Jonkin edellä olevan patenttivaatimuksen mukainen rakenne, tunnettu siitä, että putkiprofiilit (1-6; 21, 23, 25-27; 31-35; 41-46) käsittävät funktionaalisia tai johtavia kerroksia.
11. Jonkin edellä olevan patenttivaatimuksen mukainen rakenne, tunnettu siitä, että kolmiulotteinen rakenne on säiliö, kaivo, säilytysastia tai tila, jossa jäykkä muovilevy muodostaa itsekantavan osan, kolmiulotteinen rakenne on lämmönsiirrin ilmalle/kaasuille tai lämmönsiirrin vedelle/nesteille tai kolmiulotteinen rakenne on avoin yhdystunneli.
12. Jonkin edellä olevan patenttivaatimuksen mukainen rakenne, tunnettu siitä, että kolmiulotteinen rakenne käsittää säiliön päädyn, joka muodostuu jäykästä levystä, jakoseinämän vaaka- tai pystysuuntaisissa säiliöissä tai säiliön päädyn seisovassa säiliössä jolloin se on mahdollisesti painotettu ja vahvistettu, esimerkiksi betonilla tai vahistusraudoilla.
13. Jonkin edellä olevan patenttivaatimuksen mukainen rakenne, tunnettu siitä, että se käsittää jäykkiä levyjä, jotka on taivutettu poikittaisessa suunnassa kohti putkiprofiilien keskusakseleita kaarimaisten osuuksien (54, 55) muodostamiseksi rakenteeseen (51).
14. Patenttivaatimuksen 13 mukainen rakenne, tunnettu siitä, että kaarimainen osuus (54, 55) on yhdistetty vähintään yhdellä suoralla levyllä (52, 53).
15. Menetelmä kolmiulotteisten rakenteiden valmistamiseksi Jotka rakenteet muodostavat avoimen tai suljetun tilan, liittämällä yhteen vähintään kaksi jäykkää levyä (1-6), tunnettu siitä, että - järjestetään vähintään kaksi levyä (1-6), jotka muodostuvat levymäisestä termoplastisesta materiaalista, joka muodostuu pitkänomaisista putkiprofnleista, joista kullakin on olennaisesti suora keskiakseli ja jotka putkiprofnlit ovat toisiaan vasten ja hitsattu kiinni toisiinsa kaksoisseinämärakenteen muodostamiseksi, jolloin putkiprofiilit (1-6) ovat poikkileikkaukseltaan pääasiassa nelikulmaisia ja putkiprofiilien toisiaan vastaan olevat puolet muodostavat vähintään 1/10 putkiprofiilien vaipan pinnasta ja - levyt hitsataan (12) yhteen kolmiulotteisen rakenteen (1-6) muodostamiseksi.
