Claims (4)
1. Förfarande för utnyttjande av ultrafina askautsläpper i en kalcinerings- och bränn- 5 process, varvid temperatur av kalcinerande arbetsgas i kalcineringsprocessen lyfts i en brännkammare (4) tili temperatur över 500°C genom att leda in i brännkammaren (4) primärbränsle (3) för att brännas, frän brännkammaren (4) leds arbetsgas vidare tili en brännanordning (10), säsom ett rör liggande efter brännkammaren (4), tili vilken brännanordning kalcinerande ämne mätäs frän en behällare (2), kännetecknat av, att 10 ultrafin askautsläpp mätäs in i brännkammaren (4) frän behällaren (1) tillägg med primärbränsle (3), varvid brinnande material, som askautsläppen innehäller utskiljar sig frän askautsläppen med hjälp av förbränningsprocessen som producerar energi och silikatmineraler som askautsläppen innehäller förädlas och kan separeras som fasta partiklar frän bränngaser i en separator (5). 15
2. Förfarande enligt krav 1, kännetecknat av, att det fas som slutprodukt (6) reaktivt ämne, som är producerat pä grand av hög temperatur samt askautsläpp, frän vilken det brinnande materialet har använts tili energi. 20

Förfarande enligt krav 1, kännetecknat av, att hög temperatur i brännanordningen 25 (10) utnyttjas med hjälp av en värmeväxlare (11) placerad i förbindelse med nämnda anordning, och via vilken växlare tili vara tagen värmeenergi flyttas för förappvärmning av materialet som är matad tili brännkammaren (4)
