[0002] 二硫化碳是一种重要的化工原料,在人造纤维、农药、四氯化碳、橡胶、冶金选矿、石油炼制及军工等生产部门有广泛的应用。目前,制备二硫化碳的方法通常是使用天燃气为燃料加热化工反应炉内的加热管,再将液硫通过加热管使其分解,如中国专利号“02276559.X”公开了一种用于二硫化碳生产的液硫气化过热炉,其公开日为2003年08月27日,其技术方案为在立式加热炉的炉腔中沿纵轴设置有盘管式液硫加热炉管,炉管的液硫进口位于加热炉的上方,炉管的出口位于加热炉的下方,燃烧器设置在高于炉管的液硫进口的加热炉的上方,烟道的排气口位于加热炉的底部。
[0003] 但以上述专利文件为代表的现有技术,在实际使用过程中,仍然存在着如下缺陷:一、该加热炉只能使用天然气作为燃料,而不能使用其它固体类物质(如煤炭、秸杆等)作为燃料,具有适用范围窄和生产成本高的缺陷;二、由于燃烧器设置在液硫进口上方,且对炉管自上而下加热,因此其供热能力有限,同时导致炉管上下两部分的温差较大,不能对炉管均匀加热;三、由于烟道排气口位于加热炉的底部,而烟气的温度较高,不仅未对余热重复利用,还容易污染环境。

Claims (8)
1.一种使用固体燃料的化工反应炉,包括炉体(1),炉体(I)内设置有炉管(2),炉管(2 )的进料口( 3 )位于炉体(I)上部,炉管(2 )的出料口( 4)位于炉体(I)下部,炉体(I)上部连接有排烟系统,其特征在于:所述炉管(2)下方设置有加热系统,所述加热系统包括固体燃烧室(5 )、储风室(6 )和送风机(7 ),所述送风机(7 )与储风室(6 )连接,所述储风室(6 )设置在固体燃烧室(5 )下方,且储风室(6 )与固体燃烧室(5 )之间设置有布风板(8 ),布风板(8)上设置有多个风帽(9),储风室(6)通过风帽(9)与固体燃烧室(5)相通。
2.如权利要求1所述的使用固体燃料的化工反应炉,其特征在于:所述风帽(9)均匀设置在布风板(8)上。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的使用固体燃料的化工反应炉,其特征在于:所述炉体(I)内固定设置有耐火格栅(10),所述炉管(2)螺旋状套设在格栅(10)外。
4.如权利要求1所述的使用固体燃料的化工反应炉,其特征在于:所述炉体(I)外设置有自动给料机(11),所述自动给料机(11)通过管道与固体燃烧室(5 )连接。
5.如权利要求1所述的使用固体燃料的化工反应炉,其特征在于:所述排烟系统包括依次连通的飞灰回燃分离器(12)、余热回收器(13)、脱硫除尘器(14)和烟囱(15),所述炉体(I)通过管道与飞灰回燃分离器(12)连通;其中,飞灰回燃分离器(12)上设置有物料分离口,物料分离口通过回收管道(16 )与固体燃烧室(5 )连接,回收管道(16 )上设置有返料阀(17),脱硫除尘器(14)和烟囱(15)之间设置有引风机(18)。
6.如权利要求1、2、4或5所述的使用固体燃料的化工反应炉,其特征在于:所述炉体(I)内壁设置有烧嘴(19),该烧嘴(19)使用天然气作为辅助燃料。
7.如权利要求1所述的使用固体燃料的化工反应炉,其特征在于:所述炉管(2)的外壁上设置有若干鳍片。`
8.如权利要求1所述的使用固体燃料的化工反应炉,其特征在于:所述固体燃烧室(5)底部连接有排渣管(20)。
