Claims (19)
1. Förfarande för producering av socker, säsom glukos, frän biomassa innehällande lignocellulosa, kännetecknat avatt (A) biomassan behandlas med ett reagens, som innehäller myrsyra och/eller ättiksyra, varvid erhälls en fast kolhydratfraktion med förbättrad hyd-rolyserbarhet och en fraktion eller fraktioner, som innehäller organiskt material, som lösts ur biomassan, och använda syror, (B) kolhydratfraktionen frän steg (A) vidarebehandlas i ett eller flera steg med ett reagens, som innehäller myrsyra och/eller ättiksyra, varvid erhälls en vidarebehandlad fast kolhydratfraktion, en fraktion eller fraktioner, som innehäller använda syror, och eventuellt en fraktion, som innehäller löst organiskt material, och (C) ätminstone en del av den erhällna vidarebehandlade fasta kolhydratfraktionen hydrolyseras enzymatiskt tili vattenlösliga mono- och oligo-sackarider, varvid erhälls en sockerprodukt.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, k ä n n e t e c k n a t av att be-handlingstemperaturen i steg (A) är 60 - 220 °C.
3. Förfarande enligt nägot av de föregäende patentkraven, kännetecknat av att den fasta kolhydratfraktionen, som erhällits frän steg (A), huvudsakligen innehäller polysackarider, som bestär av glukosenheter, och yt-terligare under 10 % polysackarider, som bestär av pentosenheter.
4. Förfarande enligt nägot av de föregäende patentkraven, kännetecknat av att den fasta kolhydratfraktionen, som erhällits frän steg (A), innehäller fiberformig och icke-fiberformig material.

Förfarande enligt patentkrav 10, k ä n n e t e c k n a t av att fraktionen eller fraktionerna, som innehäller vattenlösliga mono- och oligosackarider och använda syror, fraktioneras, varvid som sockerprodukt erhälls en fraktion, som innehäller vattenlösliga mono- och oligosackarider, och en fraktion, som innehäller använda syror.
12. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, k ä n n e t e c k n a t av att be-handlingstemperaturen i steg (B) är 60 - 220 °C.
13. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 10 eller 11,kännetecknat av att den fasta kolhydratfraktionen och/eller fraktionen, som innehäller vattenlösliga mono- och oligosackarider, hydrolyseras enzymatiskt tili vattenlösliga mono- och oligosackarider eller monosackarider, varvid erhälls en sockerprodukt.
14. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkrav 1,11 eller 13, känne-t e c k n a t av att den erhällna sockerprodukten fermenteras tili etanol.
15. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1,10 eller 11, kännetecknat av att de använda syrorna tillvaratages.
