Claims (3)

1. Jordelektrod vid en process, i vilken en bana (W) som omfattar en första och en andra sida är anordnad att fungera som ett substrat, och 5 pä den första sidan av banan är anordnat att bildas ett pulverformigt skikt med hjälp av en koronaladdningselektrod (1) genom att breda ut elektriskt laddade partiklar pä banan, varvid jordelektroden är anordnad pä den andra sidan av banan och jordelektroden är en elledande roterande vals (2), kännetecknad av, att den elledande valsen (2) har 10 en elektriskt isolerande yta.
2.
