FÖrfarande för framstäilning av en produkt innehallande terapeu-tiskt användbara, framför ailt blodtryckssänkande peptider genom fermenterlng s av mjölkprotein med mjölksyrabakterier, k ä n n e tee k n a t av att mjölksyra-bakterien är en mjölksyrabakterie som producerar terapeutiskt användbara, framför alit blodtryckssänkande peptider, ooh att fermenferingen utförs i närva-ro av iilisatt laktas,
2. FÖrfarande eniigt patentkrav 1, k ä nnetecknat av att mjöik- 10 proteinkältan är mjölk eiler en mjöikbaserad produkt.
