Claims (10)
1. Ett osteogeniskt medet omfattande ett benmorfogenetiskt protein BMP, en kollagenkomponent, en formbar, porös bärarkropp och eventuella tillväxtfaktorer, kännetecknat av att BMP är ett modifierat BMP-komplex omfattande ett delvis renat BMP som saknar en proteinfraktion som har immunogena och inflammatoriska egenskaper och en genomsnittlig molekylvikt (25-55 kD), som bestämts genom gelfiltrering, nämnda modifierade BMP-komplex bestäende väsentligen av en proteinfraktion med en hög molekylvikt (100-700 kD), som bestämts genom gelfiltrering, och med osteoinduktiv BMP-aktivitet, och/eller en proteinfraktion med en lag molekyvikt (15-25 kD), som bestämts genom gelfiltrering, och med osteoinduktiv BMP-aktivitet.
2. Medlet enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknat av att det modifierade BMP-komplexet bestär väsentligen av en proteinfraktion med en lag molekylvikt (15-25 kD), som bestämts genom gelfiltrering, och med osteoinduktiv BMP-aktivitet och med förlängd förvaringsegenskap.
3. Medlet enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknat av att det modifierade BMP-komplexet bestär väsentligen av en proteinfraktion med osteoinduktiv BMP-aktivitet och med en molekylvikt pä 100-700 kD, som bestämts genom gelfiltrering. .V.
4. Medlet enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknat av att kollagen är valt frän en grupp bestäende ..«. I av kollagenblandningar, atelopeptidkollagener, typ IV-kollagen och typ I-kollagen.

8. Ett förfarande för att tillverka modifierat BMP-komplex för ett osteogeniskt medel enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknat av att det modifierade BMP-komplexet är erhällningsbart genom ett förfarande omfattande följande steg: (a) pulverisering av demineraliserat benmaterial; (b) extraktion av benmaterial frän steg (a) med guanidinhydroklorid (GuHCI); (c) utförande en filtrering med hjälp av ett tangentialt flödessystem; (d) utförande en gelfiltrering genom vilken ett delvis renat BMP-komplex kan erhällas, som pävisar tre toppar omfattande tre proteinfraktioner, vilka har olika molekylvikter, fraktion I är ett protein med hög molekyvikt (100-700 kD) med osteoinduktiv BMP-aktivitet, fraktion II är ett immunogent protein med genomsnittlig molekylvikt (25-55 kD), som saknar BMP-aktivitet och fraktion III är ett protein med lag molekylvikt (15-25 kD) med osteoinduktiv BMP-aktivitet; och (e) avlägsnande frän det delvis renade BMP en proteinfraktion med immunogena och inflammatoriska egenskaper och med en molekylvikt pä 25-55 kD, som bestämts genom gelfiltrering.
9. Förfarandet enligt patentkrav 8, kännetecknat av att för rening ätminstone en högtryckskromatografi gelfiltrering (HPLC) utförs. .V.
10.
