Claims (20)
1. Porös stödstruktur (1) som är avsedd att implanteras i benvävnad för medicinsk användning, kännetecknad av att stödstrukturen är bildad 5 genom att sintra bioaktiva glasfibrer, vilka fibrers diameter är 0,075-0,175 mm och stödstrukturens porositet är 50-90 volym-%.
2. Porös stödstruktur (1) enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknad av att stödstrukturen är bildad genom att sintra bioaktiva glasfibrer varefter stödstrukturen belagts med en biokompatibel polymer eller polymerer, kopolymerer 10 därav eller polymerblandningar därav.
3. Porös stödstruktur (1) enligt patentkrav 2, kännetecknad av att den biokompatibla polymeren/polymererna väljs fran en grupp bestäende av polyglykolid, polylaktid, poly-p-hydroxismörsyra, polydioxanon, polyvinylal-kohol, polyesteramin, kopolymerer därav och polymerblandningar därav.
4. Porös stödstruktur (1) enligt patentkrav 2 eller 3, känneteck nad av att beläggningens tjocklek är 1-200 μιτι, fördelaktigt 5-30 μιη.
