Claims (5)

1. En a-amylasvariant av Bachillus licheniformis, som variant har en förbättrad stabilitet mot inaktivering, som för-orsakas av ett peroxidassystem, i vilket det finns ett per- 10 oxidas eller en förening som visar peroxidasaktivitet, en hydrogenperoxidkälla och ett peroxidaseffektmedel, jämfört med utgängsenzym, kännetecknat av att en eller flera tyrosin-rester, som förekommer i naturen, har substituerats med en fenylalaninrest, en leucinrest, en isoleucinrest, en valin-15 rest, en serinrest eller en histidinrest i en eller flera av följande positioner: 10, 14, 31, 46, 56, 59, 62, 77, 98, 150, 158, 175, 193, 195, 198, 203, 219, 262, 273, 290, 302, 348, 358, 367, 394, 396, 402, 439, 480.
