Claims (11)
1. Förfarande för framställning av en kininsyra eller derivat därav omfattande bensokinon och hydrokinon, 5 kännetecknat av att: a) en värdcell som förmär syntetisera dehydrokinat vaij s, b) omvandling av dehydrokinat tili dehydroshikimat förhindras pä en bana av värdcellen, 10 c) eventuellt introduceras i värdcellen en förmäga att omvandla dehydrokinat tili kininsyra om en dylik förmäga inte är endogen hos värdcellen, d) strömningen av koi frän en förnybar kolkälla tili värdcellens bana ökas, 15 under förutsättning att stegen b) , c) och d) kan utföras i vilken ordning som heist eller samtidigt och e) cellerna odlas i närvaro av en förnybar kolkälla.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, känne tecknat av att banan blockeras efter att dehydro- 20 kinat har bildats tili följd av att dehydrokinatdehydratas saknas i värdcellen.
