Claims (9)

1. Viskösa vätskeformiga sammansättningar av xylitol, kännetecknade därav, att de innehäller: - 51 - 80 % xylitol, - 0,1 - 44 % D-arabitol, - 5 - 48,9 % icke-reducerande oligomerer eller polymerer av glukos, varvid dessa procentuella andelar uttrycks pä basen av torrvikten av sammansättningama.
2. Viskösa vätskeformiga sammansättningar av xylitol enligt patentkrav 1, som har fördröjda kristallisationsegenskaper eller som är icke-kristalliserbara vid givna temperaturer, kännetecknade därav, att deras xylitolinnehäll, uttryckt i gram xylitol per 100 g vatten, är mellan värdena som definieras av ekvationema: 83,2x + 9130 och 100x+ 11000 83. x 83 - x varvid x är temperaturen i celsius-grader av sammansättningama.
3. Viskösa vätskeformiga sammansättningar av xylitol enligt patentkrav 1, som är _\* icke-kristalliserbara vid givna temperaturer, kännetecknade därav, att deras xylitolinnehäll, uttryckt i gram xylitol per 100 g vatten, är mellan värdena • som definieras av ekvationema: « 83.2x + 9130 och 91,5x + 10050 ;· 83 -x 83 -x varvid x är temperaturen i celsius-grader av sammansättningama.
4. Viskösa vätskeformiga sammansättningar av xylitol enligt patentkraven 1 och • ’ I 2, som har fördröjda kristallisationsegenskaper vid 20 °C, kännetecknade * · 115380 därav, att deras xylitolinnehäll, uttryckt i gram xylitol per 100 g vatten, är mellan 188 g och 206 g.
5. Viskösa vätskeformiga sammansättningar av xylitol enligt patentkraven 1 och 3, som är icke-kristalliserbara vid 20 °C, k ä n n e t e c k n a d e därav, att deras xylitolinnehäll, uttryckt i gram xylitol per 100 g vatten, är mellan 171 g och 188 g.
6. Förfarande för framställning av koncentrerade vätskeformiga sammansättningar av xylitol enligt patentkraven 1 - 5, vid vilket man utför mikrobiologisk konversion av glukos till D-arabitol och sedan D-xylulos, enzymatisk isomerisering av D-xylulos tili en blandning av D-xylos och D-xylulos och sedan katalytisk hydre-ring av denna blandning, kännetecknat därav, att de mikrobiologiska kon-versionerna, isomeriseringen och hydreringen sker i närvaro av reducerande oli-gomerer och/polymerer av glukos.
7. Process enligt patentkrav 6, kännetecknat därav, att de reducerande oligomererna och/eller polymererna av glukos fas genom att använda lösningar frän kristallisationen av dextros. »
8. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 6, kännetecknat därav, att de reducerande ' · oligomererna och polymererna av glukos fäs genom att använda stärkelsehy- drolysat som erhälles genom sur vätskebildning och efter det enzymatisk sackari-sering.
9. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 6, kännetecknat därav, att de reducerande : · oligomererna och polymererna av glukos fäs genom att använda dextros som un-i ’ dergär en enzymatisk sackarisering.
