Claims (28)

Isolerad nukleinsyramolekyl, kännetecknad av att den kodar för en human 5-HT1D-receptor, där receptorn har en aminosyrasekvens kodad av DNA-sekvensen som finns närvaran-de i plasmid pcEXV-8-30-84 (ATCC-nr. 40790) eller plasmid 10 pSVL-11 (ATCC-nr. 40791), eller en del därav, som har samma bindningsegenskaper som den humana 5-HT1D-receptorn visad i Tabell 1.
