Claims (9)
1. Rekombinant DNA-sekvens, kännetecnad därav, att den innehäller: (a) en transkriptional promotor; 5 (b) en i en växt uttryckande, frän virus härstammande replikasgen i sense-orientation, som i ligger i 3’-riktning frän den transkriptionala promotom; (c) en eller flera i en växt superuttryckande gensekvenser i antisense-orientering, som ligger närä replikasgenen; (d) en frän virus härstammande eukaryotisk, växtspesifik, undergenomisk 10 promotorsekvens, vilken promotorsekvens star i växelverkan med replikasgenen, ligerad med den superuttryckta gensekvensen; sä, att replikasgenen, den superuttryckta gensekvensen och den undergenomiska promotorsekvensen läses under verkan av nämnda transkriptionala promotor, varvid erhälles ett primärt transkript, som kan läses medelst det uttryckta replikaset och nämnda 15 undergenomiska promotor producerar ett sekundärt transkirpt.
