Claims (5)

1. Förfarande för framställning av en tablett med ökad hällfasthet, kännetecknat av steg, vid 5 vilka man (a) kombinerar och komprimerar ett vattenlösligt, | smältbart bindemedel, ätminstone en excipient och ett far- j maceutiskt aktivt medel tili en tablett, i (b) smälter bindemedlet i tabletten och 10 (c! solidifierar bindemedlet.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, kanne- j t e c k n a t av, att bindemedlet är polyetylenglykol, en sackarosester, en etoxilerad fettsyra eller en etoxilerad alkohol. 15
3. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1 eller 2, kännetecknat av, att bindemedlet har en smältpunkt i omrädet 20 - 100 °C.
4. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-3, kännetecknat av, att steget (a) inkluderar 20 kombinering med ett flyktigt material, vilket avlägsnas efter komprimeringssteget.
