Claims (14)

1. System för övervakning av konditionen hos fältanordningar (14, 15, 16) i industriprocesser, av vilka var och en omfattar ett lokalt konditions-5 övervakningssystem (6, 10), k ä n n e t e c k n a t av att nämnda industriprocessers lokala konditionsövervakningssystem (6) är anordnade som ett nät och att kommunicera med varandra och/eller en central konditionsövervakningsenhet (30) och att överföra information angäende fältanordningarnas konditionsövervakning för inlärning och utnyttjande pä nät-10 niva, ätminstone ett lokalt konditionsövervakningssystem (6) är anordnat att självständigt reglera lokala konditionsövervakningsparametrar pä basis av bade lokalt samlade och frän andra lokala konditionsövervakningssystem mot-tagna data.
2. System enligt patentkrav 1,kännetecknat av att det lokala konditionsövervakningssystemet omfattar en kunskapsdatabas, som lagrar tillämpningsspecifik och/eller an-ordningsspecifik och/eller anordningtypsspecifik kunskap, analysorgan för analysering av konditionen hos fältanordningarna 20 pä basis av mätdata mottagna frän en motsvarande industriprocess och kun-skapsdata mottagna frän kunskapsdatabasen och, dä det enligt analysresulta-'·' ten fordras, för förändring av konditionsövervakningsparametrarna i det lokala \; konditionsövervakningssystemet, samt organ för modifiering av kunskapsdatabasens innehäll pä basis av •; · ·: 25 bäde lokalt samlade konditionsövervakningshistoriadata och frän andra lokala : V: konditionsövervakningssystem mottagna konditionsövervakningshistoriadata.

System enligt patentkrav 1 eller 2, kännetecknat av att nämnda konditionsövervakningsparametrar omfattar en eller flera av följande data: » * 30 data som beskriver fältanordningens kapacitet och/eller underhälls- behov, ; en underhällslarmsgräns och/eller kapacitetslarmsgräns för fältan- : ordningen, och en underhällsprioritetsnivä för fältanordningen. 5. Systemenligtnägotavpatentkraven 1-4, kännetecknat av att fältanordningen är en ventil (14, 15, 16) samt att parametern, som beskriver 5 kapaciteten omfattar eller är paverkad av en eller flera av följande faktorer: sta-tiskt fel, det statiska felets förändringshastighet, dynamiskt fel, det dynamiska felets förändringshastighet, öppningsackumulation, belastning, belastningens förändringshastighet.
6. System enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-5, kännetecknat av 10 att fältanordningen är en ventil (14,15,16) samt att parametern, som beskriver underhallsbehovet omfattar eller är päverkad av en eller flera av följande faktorer: regleringskapacitet, ventilens vägmätare, manövreringsorganets vägmäta-re, antalet riktningsförändringar hos ventilen, antalet riktningsförändringar hos manövreringsorganet, läckage hos ventilpackningen, ventilens emission, tjock-15 leken hos ventilens vägg, kavitationsgrad, belastning, belastningens förändringshastighet.
7. System enligt nägot av de föregäende patentkraven, kännetecknat av att det lokala konditionsövervakningssystemet (6) är kapabelt att självständigt anpassa konditionsövervakningen tili av detsamma observe- 20 rade förändringar i fältanordningarnas egenskaper.

System enligt patentkrav 9 och 10, kännetecknat avatt nämnda konditionsövervakningsparametrar omfattar en eller flera av följande: parametrar som beskriver fältanordningens (14, 15, 16) kapacitet och/eller underhällsbehov, en underhällslarmsgräns och/eller kapacitetslarmsgräns för fältan- 15 ordningen, ! en underhällsprioritetsnivä för fältanordningen.
12. System enligt patentkrav 9, 10 eller 11, kännetecknat av att kunskapsdata innehäller data, som representerar fältanordningens och/eller fältanordningstypens och/eller processtyrningstillämpningens styrkapacitetshis- 20 toriadata och/eller underhällsbehovshistoriadata.
