Claims (10)

1. Förfarande för framställning av ett termiskt och mekaniskt ( stabilt ammoniumnitrat i granulat form, kännetecknat 5 av att a) den nätformiga metallsilikaten lösas i en vätska som tili övervägande del bestär av salpetersyra b) lösningen som tili övervägande del bestär av salpetersyra och nätformig metallsilikat ammoneras för bildandet av 10 ammoniumnitrat-slam och neutraliserandet av lösningen c) ammoniumnitrat-slammet torkas och granuleras.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknat av att den nätformiga metallsilikaten är fördelaktigt biotit 15 eller flogopit eller en blandning av dem, mest fördelaktigt flogopit.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 2, kännetecknat av att flogopit eller biotit är antingen rent eller innehäller 20 som förorening anrikningsavfall, vilket kan vara kalcit och/eller dolomit.
4. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknat ; av att mängden nätformig metallsilikat, som skall upplösas är ..... 25 1-3 vikt-% av ammoniumnitratproduktens mängd.
5. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknat av att den nätformiga metallsilikaten kan lösas i ren salpetersyra eller fördelaktigt i salpetersyra tili vilken 1-2 30 vikt-% koncentrerad svavelsyra har tillsatts.
6. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkrav 1-5, * kännetecknat av att upplösningen av den nätformiga metallsilikaten görs vid en temperatur av 40- 70 °C, 35 fördelaktigt 50-70 °C. 108347
7. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-6, kännetecknat av att ammoneringen görs vid 110- 11 170 °C, fördelaktigt vid 110-150 °C. f 5
8. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-7, kännetecknat av att pH justeras vid ammoneringen till 5,0-7,0.
9. Termiskt och mekaniskt stabilt ammoniumnitrat, 10 k ännetecknat av att det är framställt enligt nägot av förfarandena i patentkraven 1-7.
10. Termiskt och mekaniskt stabilt ammoniumnitrat enligt patentkrav 9, kännetecknat av att totalhalten av 15 kvävet är mellan 32-34,5 %, fördelaktigt 33-34 %.
