Claims (9)

1. I x. hchv*^chh x (III) 15 t 1 I t V t \ 0 ''tr'' bringas i kontakt med en sekundär amin, som har formeln NHR.^, under en tid, som är tillräcklig att bilda diaminen 20 II, där: A är S eller O; Rx ooh R2 tillsammans bildar en morfolino-, piperidino-, pyrrolidino- eller hexametyleniminoring, som kan innehälla en eller flera alkylsubstituenter; X' är vilken som heist lämplig motjon, företrädesvis halogen; R4 • *ί 25 och R5 bäda är alkylengrupper; och Z1 betecknar en morfoli no-, piperidino-, pyrrolidino-, pyrazolo- eller hexametyleniminoring, som kan vara substituerade med en eller flera alkylgrupper.
1. Förfarande för framställning av en diamin med formeln II 'ar's^S» Λ (II> ί I *« Rj % 0 S I 0 '•z1' io kännetecknat därav, att en spiro-mellanpro-duktsförening med formeln III K XR}
2. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, k ä n n e -30 t e c k n a t därav, att förfarandet utförs vid en temperat ur av 200 °C.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknat därav, att den sekundära aminen används i överskott. 106859 1 y
4. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 3, kanne-t e c k n a t därav, att molförhällandet av den sekundära aminen till den spiro-kvaternära aminen är cirka 4:1.
5. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, känne-5 tecknat därav, att den sekundära aminen agerar ock- sä som lösningsmedel i reaktionsblandningen.
6. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, känne- tecknat därav, att nämnda diamin väljs frän gruppen 2-N-morfolino-2'-N-pyrrolidino-dietyleter, 2-N-morfolino- io 2'-(N-(3-metyl)piperidino)dietyleter, 2-(N-(3-metyl)pipe-ridino)-21 -(N-hexametylenimino)-dietyleter, 2-piperidino-2'-morfolino-dietyleter, 2-(N-morfolino)-2'-(N-hexametylenimino) tioetyleter, 2,21-dihexametylenimino-dietyleter, 2-(N-morfolino)-2'-(N-hexametylenimino)dietyleter och 2- 15 morfolino-2'-(N-2,6-dimetylmorfolino)dietyleter.
7. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, känne-tecknat därav, att riämnda mellanprodukt väljs frän gruppen 3,9-dioxa-6-azoniaspiro[5.5]undekanklorid, 3-oxa- 6-azoniaspiro[5.5]undekanklorid, 3-oxa-8-metyl-6-azonia- 20 spiro[5.5]undekanklorid, 3,9-ditio-6-azoniaspiro[5.5]undekanklorid och 3,9-dioxa-2,4-dimetyl-6-azoniaspiro[5.5]-undekanklorid.
8. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, känne-tecknat därav, att nämnda mellanprodukt är en 25 substituerad eller osubstituerad 3,9-dioxa-6-azoniaspiro-[5.5]undekanklorid.
9. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, känne-tecknat därav, att nämnda sekundära amin väljs frän gruppen piperidin, 3-metylpiperidin, morfolin, 2,6-dime- 30 tylmorfolin, hexametylenimin och pyrrolidin. • ·
