Claims (8)
1. Förfarande av tvä aluminiumplätar (1) eller tvä metallplätar, vars svetsegenskaper är huvudsakligen likadana som aluminiumplätar har, för att sammanfoga med tillhjälp av en huvudsakligen vertikalt stäende ensidigt svetsad svetsfog, kännetecknat därav att svetssmältan med säkallad känd teknik stöds av en vätska kyld i svetsfogens (5) 15 riktning röriig stödanordning (8), dä som kylämne används med tillhjälp av en kylanordning (12) kyld vatten, en vattenlösning eller nägon annan kylvätska, vars tillförseltemperatur halls betydligt under rumstemperatur.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknat därav att temperaturen av 20 kylvätskan i tillförselkanalen av stödanordningens (8) svetssmältan hälls inom omrädet +8°C ... -20°C, företrädesvis inom omrädet +0°C ... -10°C.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1 eller 2, kännetecknat därav att man använder stödanordningen (8) av svetssmältan, vars längd (L) av kyld del i svetsfogens (5) 25 riktning är 7 ... 12 cm, företrädesvis 8 ... 10 cm.
... 4. Förfarande enligt nägot ovannämnda patentkrav, kännetecknat därav att kylningen av smättans stödanordning (8) regieras sä, att pä svetsfogens (5) sidor liggande ytteromrädet av skivan (1) riktas sä lite kylning, att temperaturen av 30 ytteromräden överstiger tydligt värdet 100°C. 8 106617
5. Förfarande enligt nägot ovannämnda patentkrav, kännetecknat därav att smältans stödanordning (8) tillverkas av mycket slitstarkt materia!, som inte har tendens för att fastna tili smältan, t.ex. av koppar, aluminium eller rostfritt stäl eller keramiskt material. 5
6. Förfarande enligt nägot ovannämnda patentkrav, kännetecknat därav att pä rotsidan av svetsvräket används rörlig eller stillastäende rotstöd (6), företrädesvis stillastäende keramiskt rotstöd. 10
7. Förfarande enligt nägot ovannämnda patentkrav, kännetecknat därav att svetshastigeten regleras tili värdet 2... 5 cm/min.
8. Svetsad anordning, speciellt en av aluminiumplätar gjord bollformig tank, kännetecknad därav att den är tillverkad genom användningen av förfarande av 15 nägot ovannämnt patentkrav. • · • ·« - · ·
