Claims (4)

1. Forfarande för aktivering av en av blodkoagulations-faktorerna protrombin, faktor IX eller faktor X medelst 5 trypsin, kännetecknat- av att s - blodkoagulationsfaktorn utvinnes ur en protrombin-komplexhaltig fraktion, - den behandlas med trypsin, sora är immobiliserad pä ett vattenolösligt bärmedel, och 10. den immobiliserade trypsinen avskiljes efter aktivering av blodkoagulationsfaktorn.
2. Forfarande enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknat av att som blodkoagulationsfaktor används protrombin. 15
3. Forfarande enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknat av att aktiveringen av protrombinen, av faktorn IX eller av faktorn X genomförs vid ett ph-värde av 5,8 - 7,9, en konduktivitet av 5 - 25 mS och en temperatur av 2 - 45 °C. 20
