Claims (10)

1. Förfarande för skumning av flytande bitumen som Strömmer ut via ett munstycke (2), i vilket förfarande tili munstycket (2) ytterligen ledes tryckluft och vatten, kännetecknat därav, att bitumen ledes tili munstycket (2) i temperatur 120* - 200°C, vatten ledes tili munstycket (2) i temperatur minst 120°c varvid vattens matningstryck i munstycket (2) eller i förmunstycket (12) är minst 60 bar, varvid vatten avdunstar i munstycket eller efter det, tryckluft ledes tili munstycket (2) ringformigt utanför vattenmunstycket (12) och bitumen ledes tili munstycket (2) som den yttersta ringformi-ga strömningen.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1 kännetecknat därav, att bitumen skummas rakt tili stenämne för ästadkommelse av väg-material.

5. Förfarande enligt nägot av föregäende patentkrav 1-4 kännetecknat därav, att bitumen cirkuleras genom en mun-stycksanordning för göring lättare att halla temperaturen och trycket konstanta av det materialet som ledes tili muns-tycket (2). ~
6. Förfarande enligt nägot av föregäende patentkrav 1-5 kännetecknat därav, att mängden av tryckvatten är 2 - 10 : viktprocent av bitumens mängd.

Anordning för skumning av bitumen för genomföring av för-farandet enligt patentkrav 1 kännetecknad därav, att anord-ningen omfattar en rörformig första munstycksnippel (5), frän ett ringutrymme liggande pä yttre sidan av vilken nippel ledes bitumen tili munstycket (2), en rörförmig andra nippel (13) in i den första munstycksnippeln (5) för ledning av tryckvatten tili munstycket (2) samt mellan den första och andra muns-tycksnipplarna ett ringutrymme förledning av tryckluft tili munstycket (2).
8. Anordning enligt patentkrav 7 kännetecknad därav, att nipplarna (5,13) kan röras i längdriktningen.
9. Anordning enligt patentkrav 7 eller 8 kännetecknad därav, att nipplarna (5,13) kan roteras kring sin längdsaxel. • «
