Claims (5)

1. Förfarande for framställning av en plasminogen, kännetecknat av att a) i en eukaryotisk värdcell inkluderas en forsta DNA-sekvens som kodar en plasminogen, och atminstone en andra DNA-sekvens, som kodar ett protein som 5 processerar eller stabiliserar plasminogenen och valts i gruppen bestäende av a-1-antitrypsin eller en variant av denna, vilkas DNA-sekvenser kopplats operativt tili transkriptionella promotor- och avslutningssekvenser, b) värdcellen odlas under förhallanden som later den forsta DNA-sekvensen och den andra DNA-sekvensen uttryckas, och 10 c) plasminogenen isoleras frän värdcellen.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknat av att den eukaryotiska värdcellen är en däggdjurs- eller jästvärdcell.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknat av att fore odlingssteget kotrans- fekteras eller kotransformeras värdcellen med flera vektorer, av vilka var och en in- : 15 nehaller en skild expressionsenhet.
4. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknat av att det före odlingssteget in-nefattar transfektering eller transfonnering av värdcellen med en vektor som innefat-tar flera expressionsenheter.
5. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknat av att det före odlingssteget in-20 nefattar transfektering av värdcellen med en vektor som innefattar en expressionsenhet som transkriberas som ett polycistroniskt meddelande, varvid värdcellen är en • däggdjurscell.
